Stayed for 7 days. Brilliant. Gorgeous location with everything in walking distance. Locals are loving people and the city is very safe. I'd recommend getting the Riad to arrange transport for you when you arrive at Marrakech airport as finding this place on your own can be very difficult as cars don't go right up to the entrance, they drop... Stayed in a superior dbl room at the Riad Kenzo, Marrakech. Even before visiting I contacted the Riad to arrange airport pickup. They responded quickly and it was arranged. Pickup arrived on time and assisted us with our cases to the Riad (may have been difficult to locate without guidance). Offerred mint tea on arrival and had the Riad explained... More

Beware staying in this place. You may pay through booking.com, Travelocity, Expedia, etc...and when you get there they want you to pay them cash and if you don't they'll lock the doors and hold you hostage, they also have locks outside your room. I felt very unsafe in this place. The owner is the most unpractical, rude, hostile human. Do... More

This was our first visit to Morocco and we were fortunate to stay in Riad Kenzo. The Riad Kenzo is one of those places where you can take photos and send them as postcards, it's that beautiful. However, the main reason why we will wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech is the staff. We are frequent travelers and have... More

I got back yesterday having stayed a week in this wonderful Riad. It was my first time in Morocco. The experience was fast, furious and at the beginning overwhelming, but the guys here, particularly Mohammed made it easy to transition. The Riad is small, very clean and very well looked after. All the staff are amazingly helpful and polite. We... More

Currently stayed one night this Riad, old Moroccan house for travelling to Marrakech, 2nd oldest city in Morocco. Small but quiet, ponds, very friendly staffs and located at center of old medina area. You may easily reach most of the visit sites such as Djemaa El Fna square, Marrakech Museum, El Bahia Palace, Saddin Tombs and old Mosque school.. Recommendable!

Spent 4 lovely nights here and would highly recommend. Staff were excellent and ensured we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Riad is in a good location and tucked away quietly away from the hustle and bustle outside. Breakfasts were amazing, super fresh and super tasty. Enjoyed the rose wine too, served on the roof terrace after a busy... More

Just come back from an amazing week in the Riad Kenzo. It felt like we were staying with friends in their house, not in a commercial hotel. Riad Kenzo is difficult to find, so I would thoroughly recommend as essential booking the taxi offered by the hotel by email for 20 Euros. We were met with a sign for the... More

We've just got back from a four-day stay at Riad Kenzo. We had a brilliant time in Marrakech and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Mohammed, Heshem and Nadia (sorry for any wrong spelling!) were so warm, welcoming, friendly and good fun. The riad was a home from home, and the staff made us feel like family. The... More

This Riad is a great place to stay in Marrakesh. Although it is located in the Medina, this place is quiet. The rooms are good and nicely decorated. The breakfast is tasteful. The best in this Riad is the staf: very kind and helpful. They make sure your stay is as pleasant as posibble. We would advice other travellers to... More
