Definitely was not a 4* hotel! Complete and utter disappointment. Receptionist - speak no English, unprofessional, rude and useless. Wifi - didn't work anywhere, to get any signal there's only certain spots around the reception area if your lucky. Breakfast - a disaster! No toast or fruit/yoghurt. Pain a chocolate had a pea size chocolate inside it, and not enough... More

I'll begin by saying I am not hard to please. And I am not a regular reviewer, but I feel compelled to warn families about this hotel. This was our first trip to Morocco, which let me say is an intriquing country, and Marrakech is an experience in itself. Its such a pity that our hotel was a complete letdown.... More

After a crammed 4 hour journey in a hot, sweaty train we arrived at the hotel with high hopes of a relaxing five days. Wrong. We went in and the receptionists were quite friendly and approachable but that was the only high note of the trip. We had to go around the pool in order for us to get the... More

We had a few problems with the hotel not giving us thge room we applied for online. Their cleaning service was poor. The manager of the cleaning service is not good and the manager (lady) sometimes gives you the wrong change and they are rude so BE AWARE!!!! On the other hand the other staff were really helpful and amazing... More

the hotel is nice, however the people gave us a dirty room with dirty hotels. we had to ask to see 3 different rooms, which were all still dirty. especially the toilets. the people at the counter are rude, there not friendly or offer you help at all. there is only one nice person at the counter. the management at... This hotel is a bit like the Moroccan equivalent of Fawlty Towers, except without the comedy aspect. We arrived late in the evening to find ourselves put in a room which looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 1996. There were no towels, toilet roll, bath mat or kitchen equipment. Small kitchenette in room which was filthy, doors hanging off... More

Not worth a visit, hotel was a huge letdown - not a 4* at all. Shower enclosure had big hole in it, sharp edges where it was broken. Rooms are dark and dingy - we did not have any outdoor space, no balcony. The only plus was that the room was big - average sized bedroom but large living area.... More

We booked this apart hotel because we wanted a touch of luxury, boy were we mistaken. From our arrival we where greeted with the most ineffectual miserable receptionist that we have the misfortune to encounter. We were eventually given a filthy room which plainly had not been used in months, we could write our names in the dust, that is... More

This hotel was booked prior to travelling to Marrakech to secure accommodation over the Easter weekend as it was busy everywhere and certainly I felt were paid a premium for the hotel in which it greatly under-delivered. On arrival it was absolute chaos and the check-in despite being prepaid was the longest check in time ever. In fairness to the... More

Great hotel, great service, a lovely pool and a convenient location to get into central Marrakech ... for anyone wanting to stay, it's worth noting it is the one that is not on the main avenue but the one tucked just behind
