Our stay in Al Rimal was a 'feel good ' experience, mainly because of the friendly and very professional service of the owner and his staff. Breakfast and diner on the charming roof were excellent and very homely. The owner was very helpfull with organising wonderful trips, including involving very friendly and professional guides on several occassions. We were welcome... More

Nice place with good service and huge terrace with jacuzzi. Our room was the most expensive with a small private terrace up to a very small ladder but other rooms are smaller. the staff is kind and professional.

Everyone cares at this hotel from the French owner, (who eats breakfast on the terrace with you and asks about your plans for the day) to the attentive waiters and of course Fats the night guard, to the spa ladies and the cleaners. The staff make this place 5 stars for me. The room was modestly sized, great fixtures and... More

The service offered to us by the staff was what made our stay so enjoyable. From taking the time to welcome us, offer mint tea and sweets upon arrival, to greeting us every morning with a smile and asking how our day was, we really felt like we were welcome and that friendliness and positivity really made a difference in... This Riad is beautiful! Very well decorated, clean and beyond accommodating! I would highly highly recommend staying here. It is extremely close to the square (3 minute walk) and the staff is absolutely amazing. Hot Tub- After a long trek out to the Sahara, coming back to a rooftop hottub was an absolute delight! Dinner- Book the 3 course meal... More

This Riad is wonderful and I would highly recommend. I would deff suggest taking the Riads transfers as it was so easy and would be difficult to find on first arrival. Jemaa el Fna square is literally minutes away and easy to walk once you've got your bearings. I stayed with a friend and the streets are perfectly safe for... More

The Riad Al Rimal is the perfect stay! Beautifully decorated, unique rooms, friendly staff, the general manager was very attentive and dilligent in helping us organise various activities, giving tips of the city etc. The proximity to Jemaa El Fna allowed for spontaneous trips to the souks and access to a variety of restaurants etc, however after the hustle and... I stayed here in March this year with a group of girlfriends, what a lovely place! We were greeted very warmly by the manager, Ismail, who gave us mint tea, while he explained all the details to us. Nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff. The Riad was beautiful, an oasis of calm within the Medina. We... More

Many thanks to leave your comments on this site, we appreciate it greatly. You are right to inform that it's really better to order our driver to pick you up at the airport, especially if this is your first trip to Marrakech : the medina is so different from what you are used to that it can be a nightmare...
