Wow wow wow!!!!! An awesome week spent at this Riad with my dearest school friend. Upon arrival my friend and I were greeted by Abdul the night staff who welcomed us in and provided us with some Moroccan tea and small bites to eat. While our bags were taken to our room. The a suite was an absolute dream! Throughout... More

We had actually booked a room at the Riad Flam but sadly it was over booked so we had no other option to accept a room at the Riad Dar Saad. All in all a pleasant and well located hotel. Pros – clean, great location, fantastic service and staff, generous sized rooms, quiet (although it is very echo-ie, you can... More

Dear Mrs, We're really surprised concerning the review you let about our riad .You book your stay with an agency and they made a mistake, the riad you 've chosen was fully booked, they ask us to welcome you. We are not responsible for your dislodgement in our riad which has not the same standing as the one that you... More

Customer service was absolutely incredible. Met on entry you are given tea and cakes in a luxurious setting whilst given a brief overview of the locale by the pleasant staff. Our rooms were nice and clean and the location of the Riad is perfect for exploring the Medina. We had an overnight excursion away from the hotel and were not... More

Just came back from a 4 night stay at this Riad. Everything Moroccan about the Riad is great - the location, ambience and the staff are truly very helpful - especially Mohammad and Abdul are a true lesson in good hospitality. However the hotel is owned by a French bloke who believes in overcharging for every little service. The breakfast... More

Dear Sir, We don't understand that you speak about the price of breakfast while it was offered during your stay. Please note that the breakfast price is very reasonable regarding others places in Marrakech. What you are calling one night was every evening, you ordered bred with cheese and chocolate milk for your daughters. As you know it's normal to... More

This is a lovely Riad, a haven of peace and calm on the edge of the souk. It is in a very good location, 5 minutes walk from the Djemma el Fna square (longer if you stop to shop on the way!), and within a few minutes walk of some good restaurants. We stayed in the Salmia room which was... More

Stayed at this Riad over New Years with another couple. The location is fantastic and in a very safe part of town. You are located a few minutes from the main road so the taxi can drop you off and you don't have a far walk especially with your luggage in comparison to some of the other Riads. The Royal... More

We stayed at the Riad for 5 nights. It is well located in one of the safest areas in Marrakech, right next to one of the Royal Residents, so you will always have police around, event late at night. You can walk to the Jama Al Fanah, via the main road which takes around 10 minutes, or save a few... More

After arriving at the airport, filling in various immigration forms and queuing for quite a while, I was getting nervous, would the transport that had been arranged by the hotel still be waiting for us.? No worries at all, a friendly chap was waiting and took us speedily to the Riad. I must say that I was very surprised. We... More

Charming - the people and the riad. It is cozy, well decorated, clean and in a prime location for wandering the souks. There are plenty of nooks and corners to cozy up with a book, have a swim in the pool, chat with friends or relax. Dar Saad provides a "home base" in which you can return when you are... More
