Just arrived back from a short trip to Marrakech. Riad Elizabeth was recommended to us, so didn't bother looking at other options avaliable. From the moment we booked, up until we left, the service received was impeccable. John and Elizabeth, assisted by the very friendly hotel staff, did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as... More

It was our first time visiting Marrakesh and we were blessed with four days of glorious sunshine. I booked Riad Elizabeth after reading the glowing reviews on here and other websites and on the whole it lived up to its high ranking. On booking, the owner John sent an email containing helpful tourist information and was happy to book us... More

Thank you for your review, and we are pleased that you were overall happy with your stay, and particularly happy that you would stay with us again if you were to come back to Marrakech. We are so sorry that you experienced a drain smell in Louise Room, we subsequently found out that there was a problem with a drain... More

The owners should really give her a raise because the level of service she provided made this riad an amazing find. From taking me running when she learned I needed to get a run in for my marathon training to organizing a private driver at night to the desert (apparently unusual but what we wanted) as well as giving out... This was our first time in Marrakech and Riad Elizabeth made the holiday. You could never guess that something so lovely was behind the door off a narrow alley way in the old Medina. The staff were amazing!!!! Nothing was too much trouble..... their hospitality was second to none. Samira, the Riad manager, was superb! She organised meals, called taxis....... More

This was our 1st trip to Marrakech, and we hope to go back! The city is amazing and so full of life and excitement! Staying in the Medina (old city) meant we were right in the middle of it, and added so much to the trip. Everyone at the riad went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful,... More

Our first trip to Marrakech, with its hectic Medinna streets, began with a relaxed welcome from our hosts at Riad Elizabeth. The mint tea and Moroccan cakes created the perfect mood to begin our break. The riad is a great combination of style and tradition with plenty of options to sit back and take in it's good atmosphere. The roof terrace... More

We had a very relaxing 4 day stay at the Riad Elizabeth. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble for John, the owner, Samira, his assistant and the rest friendly Moroccan staff. The location is within 5 - 10 minutes walk of the souks, museums and excellent restaurants and you get a real experience of living in... More

It is kind of hard for me to give an excellent rating because the 4 of us were really unlucky with the weather when visiting Marrakech last weekend. Really cold and miserable! Never saw the sun! However, that is hardly the fault of the riad. Staff was exceptional! John and Samira made all the arrangements for us; taxis, tour guide... More

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful and friendly riad. Fantastic location to walk through the souks, with great restaurants close by. The staff are excellent, and on hand to help with anything we needed. Owner John is a real character, and we enjoyed our chats with him over breakfast! Rooms and beds extremely comfortable, with... I stayed here with a group of friends. Very comfortable with great food. Our hostess Sameera was outstanding and made our 3 days in Marrakesh delightful. She organised everything from a visit to the Hamman to a game of football, in addition to the more routine taxis guides and restaurants. We had an excellent weekend in this fascinating city.
