We arrived and were told that our reservation had been cancelled. They supposedly had sent us a mail and cancelled with booking.com. We called booking.com, and they had received no such cancellation and neither had we. We talked to the riad manager (in Belgium) who said that he had to cancel because the pool was broken (!). However, the receptionist... More

After reading the reviews on this site we chose to book this riad for our first visit to Marrakech. Throughout our planning we were conversing with a man called Cedric, apparently the manager, through e mail. Through this, we booked the transfer from the airport, dinner on arrival and breakfast. Before our trip we also emailed flight details and also... More

This Riad totally exceeded all our expectations, and after reading the reviews, we already had really high hopes! We were greeted at the airport with a private transfer service which cost us just €15 and even though it took us forever to get through customs and were very late, we were still met with a smile. On arriving at the... More

My two friends and I just spent the weekend at this miraculous riad. As first timers to Marrakech, we were looking for something special and boy, did we find it at Riad Al Andaluz! We were lucky enough to have the entire place to ourselves, so it felt just like our own private palace. From our initial communication right through... More

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen. I promise to go back one day. Every detail of the room was perfect, clean and well-finished. I loved the bathroom taps! I travelled with 2 friends and we each wanted a separate bed rather than 2 of us sharing the double and one taking the single. I made a bed... More

My wife & I were a little apprehensive about booking this riad because, having found it on Google earth, we were unsure as to whether we would be able to find it unaided. We need not have worried - if you book the very reasonably-priced transfer through the riad, the driver walks with you from the city gate to the... More

It is a very nice Riad for very good value. Be aware that in winter can be quite cold as there are not windows but only wooden shades and the heating is only in the rooms (and not very good) and not in common areas. Ideal place to stay in all other season. Very kind management

The place wasn't easy to find, like most in the Medina, but a beautiful riad was hidden behind the front door. A wonderful man (mr kindness himself) helped us with everything we needed. He booked nice restaurants for us and walked us to an from (easy to get lost here), booked guides etc. Nice breakfast by the pool in the... More

My husband and I have stayed at Riad Al Andaluz from November 4 until November 11, 2013 in the suite Fleur d'Oranger. We have enjoyed it and we recommend the place!! It was very clean, the staff working there was extremely friendly and the food offered at the Riad was just exquisite. The pool is not heated but this was... More

I stayed at the Riad with 2 friends for 5 nights, and I really recommend the place. It feels like home: the place is small, so you are not surrounded by people you don't know, and the staff takes amazing care of you. The breakfasts are prepared for you when you wake up, and the 'chef' is very talented! Apparently... More
