Staying at this Riad was excellent throughout. Members of staff were waiting for our arrival and provided a warm and personal welcome. This level of service continued throughout our stay with a high level of care and attention to detail. All staff spoke good English and French. The manager, Madeline Williams, was most attentive and helpful. She provided valuable and... More

Others have written about the care and attention they have received at this Riad. Our experience matched these. The place is elegant and beautifully decorated, but it is the warmth of the staff, and especially the help and good humoured advice of Madeline that really made our stay. We stayed in Ummah room, which was very comfortable. Madeline and her... More

Shortly after making online reservations for Riad Dixneuf La Ksour, the manager, Madeline, sent a welcoming confirmation; she offered assistance with transport from the airport, & any other special arrangements or reservations we might need. This was our first trip to Morocco, and after our 8 night stay, I can say that from our arrival at the airport until we... More

We were first-timers in Morocco, and this riad had been highly recommended by a friend. It was everything we had been led to expect, and more. Location is convenient for visiting all the main sites around the city. Our suite was clean, bright and very spacious. Breakfast was a delightful selection of fruit, juices, breads, honey and preserves, accompanied by... More

Great find in the maze of Marrakech - found this place to be super mellow with rooftop breakfasts, pool, super comfortable rooms, nice people - they go out of their way to help you with any request. Located just far enough from the bazaars and locura that you can sleep but close enough that getting there takes all of 10... More

This was a real treat. A beautifully decorated, spotless riad where we really felt nothing would be too much bother for the staff. We were given an afternoon cookery lesson and then ate our dinner in a private dining room with a roaring fire. The food was excellent (dinner and breakfast), the room delightful, and - had we had the... More

Cannot say how amazed and pleased I was- such welcoming staff, beautiful interior and very comfortable rooms- an oasis among the bustling souks! The cookery course is definitely worth having- small kitchen but very hands on with plenty of guidance from the chef. Then you get to enjoy the beauties of your labour in front of a warm fire. Perfect!

I was staying in the Marrakech area and decided to pop over to the gorgeous Riad Dixneuf La Ksour for dinner one night. I never expected a private room with a lit fireplace and our own private waiter and chef. It was incredible. This isn't a place one would usually seek out for dinner, but it is highly recommended, as... More
