Riad Ajmal is a gorgeous little riad about a 7 minute walk from the main square. We had booked a small room but on arrival Mustapha was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room because it was free during our stay. It was simply but beautifully decorated in Morrocan style. Mustapha manages the Riad and was so kind... More

What a wonderful find. This Riad is so relaxing and Mustapha and his wonderful team are amazing hosts. The sun terrace is a complete sun trap but with lots of shaded areas to escape if you need to. We stayed in the Joumana room which was perfect for our needs and gave a real taste of Morocco. We will definitely... More

We liked this Riad so much we cancelled another booking on our way back through Marrakech just to stay again. This beautiful Riad is an Oasis of calm- once inside it is so quiet and peaceful you seem transported to another place. Cool breezes blow through the courtyard (with orange trees) even on hot days. There are several levels of... More

I would highly recommend Riad Ajmal. It's in a great location, right in the heart of the old town, but tucked away in a quiet spot. The room we stayed in was great, and really good value. The sun terrace is lovely. The breakfasts are fantastic and will keep you going all morning. Mustapha and his team could not have... More

This Riad is fantastic, a beautiful authentic little oasis at the edge of the souk. The hotel bed was great, bathroom gorgeous and all very clean and rustic. Great location for shopping, the main square, and also near to the new town end which is good for restaurants. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel!

We stayed at this Riad for three nights. The riad arranged our transfer and when we got their we were warmly greeted and had Moroccan tea. We had arranged for a evening meal before hand and this was simply delicious! Beautiful salad and tagine! The room was clean spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was superb, with fresh bread, yoghurt,... More

We really liked Riad Ajmal because: *good service (ordered airport transfer like 10h before we arrived), *nice breakfast (with very friendly service), *cosy/tranquil thanks to the small amount of rooms, *and the tranquil roof terrasse

Beautiful looking riad once inside, room comfortable and clean, nice terrace to relax and unwind, staff friendly and breakfast was lovely and fresh and served to you rather than buffet. Quite difficult to find and about a 15 min walk to square.

Riad Ajmal is a tranquil haven amid the madness of the Medina and Marrakech. It has an excellent location inside the medina walls not far from the Bab Doukkala gate Our room was very comfortable - especially the bed. The shower ws always hot and there were towels, robes and slippers provided. (Along with shower gel and hairdryer.) It was lovely... More

We stayed in this riad in Feb. We arrived late and booked the airport pick up well worth it as it would have been hard to find otherwise definitely recommend this for 15E. Approaching in the dark the dark quiet narrow streets look a little intimidating especially as on some corners there are small groups of young men. However do... More
