I think the best thing about this hotel is the fact that you can be close to the airport while not far from the Medina and city center. Overall it is a good hotel at a fair price. You will be much better of if you have a car. Not so good if you depend on public transportation or intend... More

The place is not really clean, no services, breakfast is horrible and the staff so rude. You will notice there are lots of them (five waiters in an empty breakfast room, two receptionist, bellboys...) but the service is awful they are not there even to look at you. The staff is rude at reception not helping you even with taxis,... More

Nice hotel, Also nice spacious rooms with a balcony. But young female reception staff ruined it by being very rude to us. When we complaint about the free shuttle not operating She said it was broken down and we had to use taxis at our own expenses. When I pointed out that at the time of the booking of free... More

After reading trip advisor reviews regarding this hotel we decided to stay here and for the second time after reading reviews and arriving we were very disappointed in what we found. What you read and see especially the photos displayed on trip advisor bare no resemblance to this hotel what so ever. It is rated as a four star but... More

Besides the creepy long Hallways and carpet the Hotel is "ok" if you like 1980's Beverly Hills Cop decor. When I was there it was noisy with late night parties which I didn't really mind. The staff however were out to get whatever they could from you. I had to pay the Hotel for 3 in country phone calls. If... More

I have taken a long time to write this as I wanted to be clear about what to say...as i have never felt so negative about a review. I have never stayed at a hotel where the customer service has been so poor,or been made to feel so uncomfortable. Hotel staff completely rude when you do not take them up... More

Lovely hotel but unfriendly female staff on reception who didnt make eye contact nor spoke a word of english - this hotel is french abrabic. Usual response was a downtuned mouth and a shrug of the shoulders, they did however pay special attention to asian and arab customers. Restaurant male staff very pleasant. Clean and tidy hotel with huge rooms... More
