We stayed here 3 nights and it was a marvellous contrast to the hustle and stress of the souk. The owners made us feel welcome from the very start, and for a newly built mock kasbah it is really well made and brilliantly placed with a view of the Atlas mountains. You realise just how peaceful the place is when... More

My husband and I spent a long weekend here, and the hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, built and decorated in what felt like a very authentic Moroccan style. We had a suite which was very spacious, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The location is amazing, affording stunning views of the Atlas mountains, surrounded by beautiful flower-filled... Fisrtly I would like to thank all the staff especially Wahid, and the lovely waiter Yasim. What a Lovely hotel, for peace and quiet, just soft soothing background music, {no keep fit in the pool here thank-god!} The pool is fantastic with the most sumptuous sun loungers, food is great, although you don't get a choice but it was all... Our party of six (aged 4 - 87) stayed in Riad Africa. The kitchen noise is odd (mixer whirring until late) and our bed was saggy. It's a bit style over substance - it looks lovely, but there's not much goodwill service-wise. We had to ask for stuff (a bottle of water, a bed to be made up for the... More

We had 5 days here in the Riad Africa room. It suited us well as our teenage daughter had her own room and bathroom within the suite. The room itself was lovely, the beds firm but comfortable and plenty of space for us. However this particular room is above the kitchens and suffered a bit from early and late noise... More

We stayed at the hotel in feburary. The first impression of the hotel was how far it is from central marrakech, this is a positive and negative thing. It had a truly amazing view of the Atlas mountains- but we felt incredibly dependent on the hotel to drive us to different locations. One major negative- The driver! The driver while... More

We just go back from wonderful Kasbah Caracalla! We loved it as soon as we arrived - greeted by the most adorable staff. Our daughter LOVED the square crepes - delicious. The waiters and could not be more helpful and always with a smile. Great food, wine, rooms. Massage and Hamman - really nice. Gorgeous views of the Atlas !... More

Beautifully located at the foot of the mountains and yet close enough to Marrakech to go there by (free) shuttle minibus. What more to wish for? Excellent views? Check. Memorable atmosphere? Check. Nice local food? Check. Swimming pool? Check. Helpful owners and friendly personnel? Check and check. Do yourself a big favour. Go there!

Stayed here for the weekend for a friend's 40th birthday. What a location....to wake up with blue skies and views of the Atlas mountains was a great start to the weekend. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool in February was a real treat. The rooms were spacious, the food typically Morrocan, staff very helpful and Mustapha our transfer driver... More

My family and I stayed 2 nights at this Hotel. We had to take cold showers because the hot water ran out after 5 mins. Breakfast was nothing but bread and cold coffee. The beds were hard and squeaked every time we moved. The service was very poor. The cleaning crew didn't check our room, we had to reschedule our... More
