The hotel is a classic but just shortly lacking from 5 star, on our previous visit we had tea and coffee facilities in the room by way of a Nespresso machine this time it was not there, also I was disappointed that the hotel had run out of Room Service breakfast cards so could not order breakfast the night before.... Dear Guest, Thanks for your nice review. The Nespresso Machine is only is some Suites categories, Ksars and Villas, but should you come back to Marrakech, please ask for it upon reservation or arrival and we will be happy to place one in your accomodation. You are right, we are by now lacking of room service breakfast cards in some... More

Stay at the palace and not the hotel ! The suites here are huge and very sensibly priced . It is about a 15min walk to the Medina , the hop on hop off bus passes the palace and there are great restaurants a short walk across the road . The staff are very helpful , we stayed in early... More

My husband and I visited Marrakech for 10 days in September 2014 for our wedding anniversary. We had a lovely stay at the hotel El Saadi, the staff were all lovely and very helpful. All excluding one member of staff.... Loubna - the head office manager. We opted for breakfast only and were not informed eggs were not included if... More

I was here last year and thought the place was good, albeit a bit tacky. This time, the wifi didn't work so well and I was in a different wing of the hotel. The room really isn't well maintained- there are a lot of minor issues which add up to something more significant. The staff is generally quite good, especially... More

The Es Saadi Hotel is reasonably near the airport and therefore worth considering as a stop over. This hotel is feels like a standard luxury hotel that you find across the world, but with a Moroccan twist. It's all fine, rooms comfortable, swimming pool lovely first thing in the morning and breakfast really excellent.

The Es Saadi Palace is an oasis of friendliness and graciousness, serenity and refinement, with a quality of service that is second to none. The architecture of the building and the design of the interior are eyecatching, and there is an array of excellent local handiwork and handicraft throughout the building: handwoven carpets and sumptuous fabrics, tiles and mosaics, woodcarving... I just want to start by saying: Please do not mistake the PALACE for the HOTEL. they are two different properties, although they are located on the same grounds. I will start by posting the "Con's" of the Palace (since most of the reviews pretty much repeat themselves by saying how great the Palace is): 1) there is no iron.... More

Dear Guest from New York, Thanks a lot for your time writing this great review, and thank you for the love you sent us. About the iron, we used to make it available in the rooms ... and did get bad surprises : towels, carpets, blankets, curtains etc ... have been burned, so we decided only to offer Palace ironing... Very pleasant hotel, good restaurant, lovely pool. Staff most welcoming and attentive. The air conditioning in the room was good. Normally you can adjust this but we couldn't do so so luckily it was just right. We will return here. Special thanks to Fatiha.

Dear Guest, Thanks for your nice post ! Yes, we put a lot of training and attention to our staff, but we are lucky : in Morocco, most of the people are smiling and warmly welcoming. I confirm that you can adjust +or- 5 degrees in your Suite with the Air Conditionned. And I did copy paste in an e-mail... More

I stayed at the Es Saadi for a week-long business trip to Marrakech. One thing to keep in mind is that both the Hotel Es Saadi (cheaper, less luxurious) and the Palace (5-star treatment) are advertised on the same page, which can be very confusing. I stayed at the Palace (upon arrival we were surprised with an upgrade, which was... More

Dear Guest, Many thanks for your feed-back, the 3 individuals that you did mention in your post have been delivered your message. Happy to read you enjoyed your stay despite ALL actors and organizers of the comedy festival were spending 4 days at the same time, creating some distraction and possibly disturbance with the shooting of the M6 french television... The hotel is conveniently located about a 20 minute walk from Jemaa Square. It has an excellent large pool in an attractive garden surrounding with plenty of room between the sun loungers. My room was large with a nice view over the pool. Access to the spa is included in the price, in particular use of the water jet pool... More
