The service was excellent and the hotel was a beautiful oasis in an extremely hectic city. A bit further from the market than I thought on beforehand, but still a good location. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again if I'm ever going back to Marrakech.

We were welcomed with mint tea and cake, after a long trip from the States. We were picked up at the airport, so we didn't have to try to find the place, which I recommend! (Cost of 20 euros was worth it). Karim upgraded our room from the small family room to a nice suite with loft, for no extra... More

We arrived - extremely late at night, (in the dimly lit alleys if you don't know what to expect you would be possibly thinking you'd made a mistake but do not be fooled - you could not be more wrong) From the moment that solid wooden door swings open you are in the most beautiful, most serene, candlelit courtyard complete... We spent 1 week i Marrakech, it was our first time in Marocco: we were looking for a romantic and traditional Riad. We decided for Dar Abiad after having looked at the review and.. it was a charming experience. Dar Abiad is a very authentic place. Karim and Jamal have been really very kind: welcomed us and gave us suggestions... More

Jamal & Karim could not have made out stay here any better! First time travellers to Morocco, my husband and I were looking for a little bit of R&R in the lead up to Christmas. I searched high and low for a Riad with a pool, fireplace, bath and rooftop access [not picky much!] and managed to find Dar Abiad... More

I have stayed here before but my husband has never been to Marrakech, we stayed in the chocolate suite for our honeymoon which was lovely, we were greated by mint tea and cake, a bottle of wine and rose petals in our room, Karim and Jamal (i hope i spelt this right!) were lovely and made the trip so pleasurable... The service was just great... Jamal y Karim (I hope I spelled their names correctly) were the best hosts ever, really kind, and helpful. They even offered to guide us through the streets of Medina , which can be a little bit confusing for tourists. The house is just beautiful, perfect for resting after long days in the city. They... If you're looking for quietness and calm, this is the right place. The rooms are beautiful, evocative, the furniture, antique, recreate the real morocco style. The price is worthy (we paid 77 per nite, shared by two, good breakfast included). The pool, which is not very big, is a real plus. The staff is very professional, discrete, and they really... More

My family and I stayed for 5 nights in this Riad. Whilst it might need a little TLC it also added to the charm and beauty of the place. It was a bit tricky to find our way back to but soon got the hang of finding it. The Medina is a very busy environment and returnin to Riad Dar... More
