We had a fabulous time at this gorgeous riad! Elegant, clean with very attentive staff who are very accomodating! Hammam was not as exciting as I thought it was going to be, but it is nice that there is a spa on site, my pedicure was great! I think the roof terrace could do with a facelift, but it is the... Amazingly friendly staff, very helpful for any need you might have, be it belly-dancing or scouting essential oil places. In winther the rooms have fire places, which makes the stay a most cosy and romantic experience. You have everything you need: Spa, sun terrace, pool, and the souks just arround the corner to get lost in shopping ;-)

Two days before arrival I send a message to the riad to ask how I could easily get to the riad. I got an automatic confirmation of receipt of my message, but never got an answer. At arrival the reception told me I had not booked their riad, but an other. I told them I was sure I booked that... More

the riad is very beatiful. each room has a different theme for decoration and the staff is super friendly and helpful. it is a bit hidden, but not far from the larousse place and the main souk! by not being on a main road it is quiet at night. I always felt safe when walking from the riad to different... More

My adult son and I traveled together and both of us found the experience delightful. The staff is friendly and accomodating. We arrived around 8 pm and had made arrangements to dine there. Our table was set for us, but we were not rushed at all and enjoyed a delicious Moroccan dinner (tagine) and a very reasonably priced bottle of... More

This was our first time in Marrakech .We arrived after sunset and were ushered into a candle lit garden courtyard with pool and fountain. The most beautiful subtle music enhanced the atmosphere. Our room on the upper corner level was spacious, quiet and tastefully appointed with Morroccan and Asian decorative influences. Following a swim in the pool we ate a... More

The staff of this place were warm, welcoming and very pleasant. I was feeling a bit ill and the server brought me some sort of tea that totally made me feel better. All of the staff had a big smile, and wanted to ensure that the stay was memorable. The rooms, suites, and bathrooms were well decorated. Terrace, rooftop well... More

We stayed here as part of an organised tour and were a bit concerned about the location - was it too far from the action? The riad is perfectly located on the edge of the medina and is accessible by car. For first timers this is great because your taxi actually takes you to the door of your riad. The... More

I originally booked to stay here for 3 nights but left after 1 although was charged for 2 nights, after a 3 hour argument with staff and the owners daughter! I have never come across such rude and uncaring staff in a hotel. So to start, when we approached the riad the area didn't feel safe. Lots of unsavoury looking... More

The Riad is beautiful - the pool is not really useable as it was a little too dirty for my liking and the water was cold. The rooms are very nice but not so nice as to justify the price. I was expecting more for the money charged. They quote in Euros but charge in Dhirams so you lose on... More
