Horrible, there's no A/C the city is on average 30 plus degrees celsius, the solution we were give was to use fans. I am sweating buckets sitting here writing this and have a feeling that i wont be able to sleep in this heat. Also we're in a very dangerous part of town, i hope no one breaks in tonight!

Beautiful, traditional riad. So peaceful & calm with a lovely pool, roof terrace and comfortable room. It was so clean & in a great location. A riad really is a great place to stay in Morocco. Would definitely recommend the lunch - it was delicious (but does need to be booked in advance). Transfers were organised for us to make... More

Just returned from a 3 night girls trip to Marrakech, 4 of us staying in this Riad. Without a doubt, one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed! The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful with great tips for our stay (and good directions for getting around the maze that is the old town!). The food in the... More

We stayed in three different hotels in Morroco and this was by far the most beautiful, as well as being the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. We were welcomed by Renaud, who has excellent English and provided us with maps and a log book of ideas for our time here including some excellent restaurant recommendations! He also... More

First time visitors to marrakesh could be daunted, but the owners had thought of everything with a log book full of advise. Carole was so helpful made you feel so special. A tranquil oasis in a bustling city. We had a wonderful meal too.

Renaud and Carole were the perfect and knowledgeable hosts of this traditional Moroccan house, now a Riad. Our room was small, yet perfectly adequate, and opened on to a small internal courtyard, keeping us away from any external noise. Continental Breakfast, with a Maroccan twist, was served on the roof terrace. Dinner was served in the comfortable lounge, since the... More

Staying at Riad Laila was one of the highlights of our Morocco trip! The place is beautiful (especially the common area), and has a nice terrace / rooftop. The riad also gives you a wonderful traditional feel unlike any at a typical hotel. The owners, Renaud and Carole, (as well as Renaud's father, Michel) were incredibly friendly, as were all... More

We stayed 2 nights in Riad Laila in the family suite with our 2 adult children in January and really enjoyed our stay. The Riad is beautifully decorated. Breakfasts on the terrace are wonderful. Renaud, met us at the medina walls and guided us to the riad

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was close to perfection. The Riad is beautiful and the owners Carole and Renaud are friendly and helpful. We booked airport transfer with them and Renaud received us at the car. (It would have been difficult to find otherwise). Carole explained the dos and donts of Marrakech and gave... More

The owners and the staff were really very helpful and nice people. They got in touch with us couple of days after the booking was made asking if we need airport pick-up or have any special requirements. On the night of the arrival we were explained how to navigate around the city, how not to get into the common tourist... More
