My wife and I stayed for 4 nights at Riad Bab Firdause and thoroughly enjoyed it. We wanted something traditional and this is a lovely Riad in the middle of the Medina. We booked an airport pick up and the driver was waiting for us as we came through arrivals. After a long flight, reliability is very welcome. The Riad... More

A real oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Small and intimate, it felt like a second home. Service was impeccable and non intrusive, our room was cleaned twice a day, and staff couldn't do enough for us. If you're after a small, quiet and beautiful place then this is perfect........we can't recommend it highly enough.

We stayed for 3 nights at Riad Bab Firdaus. We were glad we used the hotel transport as it made the initial journey very easy. Especially as the Riad is down a typical Marrakech street/alley that to the new visitor you wouldn't believe such a nice Riad was awaiting you. A taxi back to the airport would be fine. (and... On arrival (too tired to go out to eat) we had dinner at the Riad. We paid Dirham 550 (£46) for 2 very average tangines, a diet coke and two wine glasses of beer which we found very expensive compared with good quality restaurants in the Medina. The mini bar was extortionate even in comparison with other hotels! Advice: don't... More

Extremely clean, well cared for and beautifully decorated Riad. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Djemma el Fna, close to an ATM, and near a Museum which is an excellent landmark in the maze of Marrakech. Would recommend arranging an airport transfer via the Riad as (like all the Riads) the last stretch is inaccessible by car. They... More

I checked in the hotel in the late afternoon. And had to leave there in the early morning. That was very sad. Had to visit again in near future.

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful riad. The room itself was bijou as we did not have a suite, but this did not matter as the rest of the riad is very spacious with nice areas to relax. There is also a heater in the room which is good as the riad was very cool as we visited in... More

We stayed three nights in this riad. It is beautifully done up with a very Moroccan feel. A lovely central atrium with a pool, lovely tiling etc. The staff were very welcoming and could not have been more attentive. The rooms were very comfortable with fantastic colours and decor. Highly recommended. Very quiet but very close to the main square... More

The Angsana Riads (a hotel with an inner court/garden) are located in the Medina, the old city, of Marrakech. They are part of Banyan Tree Resorts. This is my second stay at a Banyan Tree and I have friends who have stayed at other Banyan Tree Resorts. What is uniformly consistent is excellent staff who are naturally friendly and who... More

We had wonderful stay at Angsana Si Said. The Africaine Suite was superb: spacious yet cosy, beautifully decorated with mod cons and provides lots of light. The roof terrace is fantastic where you can catch the sky and hear the rhythm of Marrakech. Breakfast or tea in the courtyard with birds chirping. The staff were great - warm and attentive,... More
