Ok. This is the best breakfast at any hotel on any continent. A lovely treat. The riad is relaxed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. All the rooms are different. We stayed in 3 different during our stay -- so be sure the room you choose is right for your needs. They are all tastefully decorated. Modern with nods... more

Riad Tizwa was an amazing start to our holiday in Morocco and after staying there, no-where else could really meet the high standards that we enjoyed for 3 nights in October 2008. The staff (Melika and Sabir) were really amazing, their english was good but they smilingly endured my determined effort to talk to them in my dodgy french and... more

Too bad, because this could have been a very nice riad. Perhaps they didn’t have the best decorator, but the rooms are quite a splurge: with boutique- style showers and accessories. All is well until the bill comes. Then the truth unfolds: while the owner and staff constantly broadcast their hospitability: “this is your home” etc.., given the chance, they... more

We stayed at Riad Tizwa in Marrakech nearly four years ago in September 2005 with our adult daughters and we had no hesitation in booking Tizwa In Fes when we returned as a couple to celebrate 30 years of marriage. Other reviews have praised the riad, the staff, the location, the food and we echo this wholeheartedly. Nothing was too... more

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time. The Riad was like a family palace! We came from the riad tizwa in Marrakech and found Fes to be totally different. The hotel was also laid back but the architecture was more formal and totally fancy. Thank allah for the same wonderful breakfasts and the towels were even more plush!... more

A stunning and carefully restored Riad, gorgeous surrounding and friendly staff. There is such attention to detail, from the mint tea when you arrive to the carefully decorated rooms and bathrooms, you feel like it should cost twice as much. The breakfasts served on the beautifully designed roof terrace were always fresh, tasty and vast; the English and French speaking... more

My husband and I stayed at Riad Tizwa in Fes in April 2009. Having just arrived by train from Casablanca, we were met at the station and whisked to the riad. What a welcome for newly arrived traveller to Morocco! Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff (Samir and Alice are the BEST!) got us settled with mint tea in our fabulously appointed... more

A fantastic place, easily the best we stayed in in Morocco. This wonderful riad went well beyond our expectations on every score. The location is perfect, the rooms are great, the food lovely, the prices reasonable. But best of all the staff and owner made us feel constantly at home, with welcoming cups of mint tea, roof-top beers, delicious breakfasts... more

As a first-time visitor to Morocco, I thoroughly enjoyed the 4 days spent at the Riad Tizwa Fes. The staff were welcoming, warm and attentive. The breakfasts served on the roof top terrace and the made-to-order dinners were excellent. Room 3 (if I remember correctly) was comfortable, quiet, and stylish. The guide (Nor) that they recommended for the walking tour... more

I stayed in Fes in April and had the best time ever. I was travelling alone, and decided to extend my stay (twice) at Riad Tizwa. The place is just like a palace, the staff were friendly giving the right amount of attention (not too little, and not too much). Best food i have tasted in Morocco, great breakfasts and... more
