Stayed at this Riad on an OAT tour. Small functional traditionally furnished rooms. Nice breakfast included. One issue of concern is the very narrow winding stair way. I stayed on the third floor and it was a pain to lug my backpack up the stairs. Another issue seems to be in most hotels I've stayed in Morocco is that The... More

This family run business was a delightful place to stay. It made you feel like you were living a bit in a part of the past. This is a house that the family made into a riad; they added bathrooms to each of the bedrooms that were positioned around the former courtyard. The antique furnishings were wonderful, the food was... More

We stayed for three nights.it's a beautiful old building with traditional tile and plaster work and authentic furnishings. The breakfasts and dinners were generous and the serving staff were delightful. Our only complaint would be that we had to have a cold shower one morning when a large group of guests had exhausted the hot water supply!

I stayed at the Riad Dar Dmana for two nights with my Overseas Adventure (OAT) group. The guesthouse has a wonderful location down a side street. My third-floor room was quaint, decorative and romantic. It had a nice double bed, a small closet, and a small bathroom with a shower. The owners and caretakers of the riad were friendly and... We stayed two weeks in Morocco and two of those nights were in the Riad Dar Dmana in Fes. While this establishment wasn't as modern as the other places we stayed, that contributed to its beauty -- it felt authentically old Moroccan. It was a centuries-old family home that had been upgraded with private bathrooms and other amenities. Still, the... More

Its located on a quiet street not far from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The family who runs this road made us feel completely @ home. They invited us into the kitchen and told us about the history of the building and the families who owned it. The rooms were variable and quite dark but they brought some... More

Charming, but not so modernly plumbed or wired riad. The family explained how they had turned their home into this B&B, added baths, etc. One of our party could never get her tub to plug. Our shower only so-so. We changed rooms three times. The first room you couldn't swing a cat in. The second the electric kicked out when... More

I stayed in Fes in 2011 at a beautiful smaller riad in the medina, so was disappointed to find we did not have the same place this time. This is much bigger and we were on the top floor - a narrow staircase to the top! However it was a nice stay. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom fine.... More

We stayed at this Moroccan style B&B at the first part of September. It was a in the Medina (the original walled city) of Fes. The "staff" is all family and cannot be nicer. We had breakfast both mornings and a lovely traditional dinner one night. The rooms are air conditioned and very clean. The common does not have air.... More

This Riad is about 500-600 years old. A family owned Riad, the rooms each have names.(can't remember mines) I was on the top floor so I had to drag my luggage upstairs. The family also cooks for the guest. Delicious meal! Its very old, so you can't expect all the modern conveniences that you might get at a newly built... More
