The Riad Arabesque is part of the Fes medina which is 1400 years old. It has magnificent views over the Medina and surrounding area from the terrace which is truly pretty and from the roof. The hotel is being renovated but this process is slow and will cause no inconvenience. If you want to experience the Morrocan past then this is... More

Riad Arabesque is BEAUTIFUL! The food was excellent. They were incredibly welcoming and told us to treat it like our own house so sincerely that I believed them. The location is perfect. It's at a quiet end of the Medina. If you're going to Fes and want a comfortable, affordable place to stay, stay here!

I had selected this Riad from a vast list and can say that the experience far outshone the pictures and description on the web site. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and we were looked after like royalty, nothing was too much trouble for them and the owners and staff were very friendly. The food was so good... More

We used to live in Morocco and by far, this was our favorite place to come for special occasions. It is a beautiful riad, tastefully decorated, and it will make you feel as though you have stepped back in time but with all of the modern comforts you would expect. It is a great retreat after exploring the wonderful Fes... More

We stayed at this Riad for three nights (well, we wanted to, but more about that later) in late December. On their website, they wrote that they offered a free shuttle transfer from the airport to the riad. But on arrival, nobody was waiting for us. After some asking-around, we finally found somebody who seemed to be responsible for taking... More

Colleagues and I were there for Christmas Eve and the night. The riad is beautiful and we were greated charmingly. The owners also organized a special Christmas dinner for us, had live music, and all was warm and welcoming! Great experience!

Run by a wonderful, friendly Moroccan family, Riad Arabesque captures the atmosphere of the rich history, culture and hospitality of the country. Perfectly located for exploring the old Fes medina, this beautifully restored riad provides a total experience from authentic cuisine to traditional decor detail.

The architecture and the art deco was just out of this world, the view and landscape of the old medina was simply breath taking. We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival. The layout was very spacious and the rooms were very generous. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating to the little french i knew. Will definitely... More

i admit -- i've never actually slept at the riad. but i've had many meals there, and hung out in the different salons and outside, and it is BEAUTIFUL. the family who holds it is lovely, very generous, and they treat the guests like guests in their own home. i'm from fez and have experienced plenty of terrible spots in... A few friends and I stayed for a day and night at this Riad but I wish we had time to stay longer! It is hidden away in the city so from the outside we weren't sure what we would find but WOW. it is a beautifully maintained Riad, the central area when you walk in looks like something out... More
