We stayed here for 7 nights, the riad was a typical 4* for fez. But it was perfectly located on the outskirts of the madina but still within the old city. Taxi's were a walking distance away. The owners were lovely went out of there way to make us feel welcome. The food was lovely however we mainly ate out.... More

The Riad was extremely difficult to locate - limited signs inside the medina are not helpful, but thankfully a stranger helped us to locate the Riad via back streets, where we managed to safely park our car. The Riad is undergoing renovations so approaching it from the back did not add to our first impressions. Once inside though the home... More

Part of Moroccan tour and spent 2 nights here. The beauty of the Riad (think Moroccan B&B) outweighed some of the issues with the accommodations. Truly beautiful old home with open air court yard garden (hence a "Riad") and small pool (looks like a fountain but you can swim). Meals on the balcony with flowering trees and bushes with live... Every detail in the rooms and open space decor is carefully looked after. Wonderful service and delicious Moroccan food in regal authentic setting. One of the most ZEN places I have ever stayed and cannot wait to return. The views of Fez are breathtaking. A true gem.

Tastefully decorated, very friendly Manager, lovely terrace restaurant. Reasonable value for money. Slightly difficult to find for those who are not familiar with Fes or are visiting for the first time. Gives a decent taste of the real Morocco.

I’ve never understood people who seal themselves hermetically into a steel tube, fly for hours, and then book themselves into the same chrome and glass tower currently replicated from Dubai to Detroit. It seems to me their only connection to the concept of “travel” is the shifting of time zones. Certainly you couldn’t hope to savor the ancient city of... More

Riad Arabesque it's simply a temptation, an invitation in a mysterious world of fairy 1001 Arabian Nights with an incredible Moroccan mosaic, style, colors, patterns, architecture, peaceful atmosphere, very tasty food (no matter, if it is a breakfast with sunrise, or a dinner “A la carte” with sunset) and do not forget that the Riad has a really breathtaking rooftop... Lovely old traditional building on the very edge of the Medina. Great terrace with distant views. The owners are charming and helpful, staff are friendly and willing. Good food, super atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The Riad Arabesque is part of the Fes medina which is 1400 years old. It has magnificent views over the Medina and surrounding area from the terrace which is truly pretty and from the roof. The hotel is being renovated but this process is slow and will cause no inconvenience. If you want to experience the Morrocan past then this is... More

Riad Arabesque is BEAUTIFUL! The food was excellent. They were incredibly welcoming and told us to treat it like our own house so sincerely that I believed them. The location is perfect. It's at a quiet end of the Medina. If you're going to Fes and want a comfortable, affordable place to stay, stay here!
