This is a good choice if you are on a lower budget or if you would like to stay in a hotel instead of a Riad in the Medina. In terms of the location, it is really well located, in the new town but in walking distance of the Medina. The rooms were nice and clean and standard hotel rooms... More

If you're staying on the fourth floor and the elevator is not working it is a steep climb. Obtaining a WIFI password is very complicated, only works in the hall and also costs money. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is too. There is a lot of noise from the opposite located schoolyard. Staff is efficient but a... More

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and located in the center of town. Free continental breakfast which consisted of eggs, all different types of breads, salad, tea, coffee, orange juice, and more. The rooms were lovely, very very clean. Showers were always warm and had a large bathtub. Bar was large with a wide... More

Been in Mounia hotel for 1 night and I can say it's a nice and cosy hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful (needed to organise a bus from Fes to Marrakesh and in few hours they've got a good deal for us with a local transport company). Breakfast was nice and a good choice. The only downside is the... More

This is a centrally located hotel with first impressions of a smoking den! We had a comfortable double room which was clean and perfectly adequate for the 2 nights we were there. However, the noise from the bar was bad, the smoke from reception area seemed to linger in our room throughout the nights. The smallest elevator ever, so you... More

Stayed there for 1 night. Friendly & helpful staff. Some good restaurants nearby. Lively area. Room was very noisy till 11 pm, due to the bar downstairs. Bed a tad too soft. Shower perfect, lovely warm water. Fine if you're passing through.

This hotel is okay. The rooms and hotel in general are clean. But that's about as good as it gets. On entering the lobby, you're greeted with smoke from other travellers and the smell drifts upstairs into the rooms. It's horrible. Don't even consider this place if you're asthmatic or have breathing difficulties (or if you want to smell like... More

Please, do not stay here! Worst hotel I have stayed in. The hotel management are crooks. Upon checkout they claimed we stole a small bath towel. After explaining we did no such thing, he accused me of lying and tried to make me pay for it. Had to get my local guide to sort it out. This topped of a... More

Mounia is nothing special. Although it's clean, there's no WiFi access except in the lobby for 20 dirham. Many tours use this hotel, so the single small 4-person elevator is hopelessly overused. Breakfast is average at best and often clogged by the tour groups coming & going. Service at the front desk was downright unfriendly. A couple of restaurants in... More

Worst hotel we stayed in during our three weeks in Marocco! Staff not as friendly as you would expect. Rooms small, old, but clean. Window was broken. Nice bathtub. Had to pay 20DH each for wifi only working in the noisy and smokey lobby. Our room was at the forth floor, so the noice from the club was ok. Would... More
