I stayed 2 nights in Tghat hotel and I can't say a bad word about it. The hotel is located in the new city centre (Ville Nouvelle) with many restaurants and shops within five minutes walk. My room was new, spacious and clean. We had breakfasts and dinners included and the food was good, no complaints about that. To be... More

This was easily the worst hotel we have stayed in for a very long time! We chose 4 star hotels for our tour in the hope that they would be acceptable, MISTAKE – this hotel is the Arabian version of fawlty towers, it is not worthy of 1 star, whoever gave it a 4 star status must be from another... Hotel TGHAT was very dark. Lamps were missing in the bedrooms and new lamps had to be taken from other rooms. No receipt possible for the purchase of Durhams. No safe. Before 20.30 nowhere to sit. 6.5 km from the middle of the town. View from the window a concrete wall. See pictures. Food The 1st night a very suspect... More

I loved Fez but this hotel was not a reason for loving that city. Beds were uncomfortable (my roommate's bed was broken though fixed after complaints), sheets felt as though they were starched, towels old and thin, unable to control air conditioning, remote control for tv didn't work, shower curtain covered in mildew, food at buffet was NOT great, staff... Last summer I traveled around Morocco and found that I had to book my rooms before going to the next city (not usually my style...I like to check the place out first). So before leaving Marakesh, I browsed through expedia's website and found the lovely Hotel Tghat, booked it for a little over $100 and made my way there. The... More

The hotel is in a great location only 10 dirhams(£0.62) to the medina. The hotel is definately not 4 stars more closer 2. The rooms are spacious but very tired looking and the beds are saggy and I found that I was itching all the time. It is right about the nightclub I could hear the dull thuds at 2am... More
