We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay as part of a Peregrine tour. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable and the shower was good with plenty of hot water. There was no hairdryer in the room but one is available at reception to borrow (and return immediately). The hotel has a nice bar but it does... More

This hotel is very nice, all of the facilities and rooms are above your basic hotel however, it is located in the new town and not close to anything. The wifi only works at reception and doesn't really work at all. There is air conditioning in the rooms. We have a very large bathroom, with a bath/shower however, there is... More

The reception staff at this hotel are extremely rude & unhelpful. The breakfast is appalling, nothing fresh, just bread, jam, cordial for juice, inmates in a gaol would be fed better. The location is bad, there are no shops/restaurants nearby. Only one pass for room was provided, which was inconvenient & don't ask for clean towels.

Room was clear. TV and airconditioning in room (cnn, few french stations, one from Spain). Free Internet in lobby. Tasty food if you like sweet breakfast. 3 starts is good evaluation. Near is shop and taxi. Probably I will come back to this hotel.

The lobby and reception were good but the bathroom in the bedroom was mouldy, there was no shower curtain. The breakfast was terrible, bread and what seemed like watery cordial. You had to ask for a table spoon for the cornflakes. We were part of a Peregrine group of mainly Australians and I can safely say that none of us... More

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while on a tour. The room was okay but unmemorable. Reception only provides one key so if in a couple you have to coordinate your movements. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room, only in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was pretty average, mainly consisting of bread and watered down orange juice.... More

Whatever it calls itself it ranks very low in service. There is no charm in a place, Fes which is so full of wonderful places and experiences. I share the same sentiments as the other reviewers regarding this place. Breakfast is in the basement, dark and dungeony. Then you are met with robotic staff, NO greeting of good morning or... More

This hotel represents average value in the new town a couple of kilometres from all the action of the old medina. Our stay was a iced experience. The rooms we're OK, comfortable and air conditioned. Wifi only worked in the reception area on the ground floor. We needed to eat in the restaurant as it was Ramadan during our stay... More

Came here as part of a (Top Deck) tour so I can’t speak about the location, although it did seem like a bit of a bus ride to the Medina. The room was decently spacious and beds were comfortable. Our AC did not work correctly and the shower seemed to have a drainage issue. The TV wasn’t working properly either... More

Fes Inn is miles from the old city and from the business district. You must have a car and driver to access the places in Fes you have come to see. The hotel foyer was promising and our room was better than many we have had in Morocco. The room was quite large, though not as large as some; the... More
