The lobby and reception were good but the bathroom in the bedroom was mouldy, there was no shower curtain. The breakfast was terrible, bread and what seemed like watery cordial. You had to ask for a table spoon for the cornflakes. We were part of a Peregrine group of mainly Australians and I can safely say that none of us... More

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while on a tour. The room was okay but unmemorable. Reception only provides one key so if in a couple you have to coordinate your movements. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room, only in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was pretty average, mainly consisting of bread and watered down orange juice.... More

Whatever it calls itself it ranks very low in service. There is no charm in a place, Fes which is so full of wonderful places and experiences. I share the same sentiments as the other reviewers regarding this place. Breakfast is in the basement, dark and dungeony. Then you are met with robotic staff, NO greeting of good morning or... More

This hotel represents average value in the new town a couple of kilometres from all the action of the old medina. Our stay was a iced experience. The rooms we're OK, comfortable and air conditioned. Wifi only worked in the reception area on the ground floor. We needed to eat in the restaurant as it was Ramadan during our stay... More

Came here as part of a (Top Deck) tour so I can’t speak about the location, although it did seem like a bit of a bus ride to the Medina. The room was decently spacious and beds were comfortable. Our AC did not work correctly and the shower seemed to have a drainage issue. The TV wasn’t working properly either... More

Fes Inn is miles from the old city and from the business district. You must have a car and driver to access the places in Fes you have come to see. The hotel foyer was promising and our room was better than many we have had in Morocco. The room was quite large, though not as large as some; the... More

We recently stayed here as part of a tour group. Location is poor however there was good coffee accross the road, you had to taxi everywhere but these were cheap (when they had their meter running) and fairly available. The breakfast is very poor. The staff didnt really appear to understand or care - we werent really sure. We had... More

FYI: Ramada Fes charges us 5 Euros per day per person above the agreed upon price as a city tax. Our hotel in Marrakesh charged 2.5 Euros per day per person as a city tax. This may just be the difference in the city but it made us wonder. Also the WiFi did not work in the room and only... More

The first impression on checking in was good.. Then it went downhill real fast. The staff was rude and unresponsive to problems in the room like air condition problems. The breakfast was bad. I was given lamb and chicken which felt like left overs from the day before. It was cold and very tough. The bread was the worst bread... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of Peregrine tour. Of all the hotels which we stayed at as part of the tour I would rank Fes Inn as the worst. I would give them 1 for location as the hotel was located in a not so nice industrial and you had to take a taxi everywhere. I would give... More
