We decided to have a nice break from hostels, etc. during our trek across africa. this hotel had a great staff that was even available to help w/some billing matters at around 1am. the food was excellent, as was the service. it's not 5 star, but it's not meant to be. this is a very solid hotel for the price,... more

We were in Fez for a quick 5 night break, and staying in one of the cheaper hotels in the Ville Nouvelle, but had decided to find a nice Riad for two nights. Oudayas didn't come cheap for Fez (£85 per night), but it sounded lovely, so we went for it. Big mistake. The room we were given was an... more

My girlfriend and I just loved this Riad. The staff was the best. I booked through a French agency and they forgot to tell the Les Oudayas that we were coming. We were escorted to the open area and was having a glass of wine when the owner informed us he had no reservation for us. Ouch ! He then... more

The building is beautiful and very conveniently situated a short walk from Place Batha where there are plenty of petite taxis. However it was difficult to enjoy the surroundings . The rooms were freezing and we needed to wear our overcoats inside. The one small portable gas heater was totally inadequate. To add to t he gloom the room was... more

We couldn't have enjoyed this more: gorgeous rooms, amazing food, reasonable rates, they bent over backwards to provide us with everything we asked for and made us feel completely at home. When the owner isn't there you'd want to speak some French (or Arabic), ours certainly improved fast, and you do need to ask as there is no list of... more

Charming place where you feel just like a member of family... Morning, it was a pleasure to have breakfast (marocco's one) on the terrasse, just over the medina. Our hosts gave us very helpful advices to visit Fez, Meknes and Volubilis. You can also have dinner at the riad and taste a delicate and various food... When we were there,... more

As posted by the other review of this riad, the building and the views were some of the best we have stayed in. However the problem is they tend to try and make you take their guides rather than the official ones and ask or tell you you are having dinner there each night. As the last reviewer said the... more

The riad itself is probably one of the most spectacular that we stayed in; however the owners are somewhat letting it fall into disrepair and they seem more interested in it for the money. Our room was freezing, we had no hot water and the shower did not work properly.... Whatever you do, don't eat here... we had a (supposed)... more
