Beautiful courtyard, roof terrace, and rooms decorated in traditional Fassis style with nice textiles, tiles, and cedar wood. Friendly staff, good location. It sure beats staying at usual chain hotels.

Very lucky to have chosen the incredible Riad Maison Bleue in Fes. Upgraded immediately upon check-in, then off to their restaurant for an amazing meal. Overlooked the courtyard pool for a peaceful, romantic stay. Can't recommend this place enough. Great location, walking distance to the medina and all it has to offer.

We had a blast selecting our menu, going to the souk to buy the food, and working with the chef to make a sumptuous meal. The rooms were luxurious, but little things like the bathroom, bedroom and sitting area all being steps up and down, the bathroom shower being a difficult-to-enter tub, and the constant barking of street dogs made... Great location in a quieter part of the medina. The view from the terrace is lovely and a great place to have an evening drink. The traditional rooms gave a real sense of Morocco. The staff were super helpful and very friendly - we ended our stay with hugs!

A beautiful riad in the heart of downtown Fes. Our party arrived and was welcomed with a beverage and snack while the manager told us our rooms would all be upgraded to suites! The suites were large, comfortable, well appointed and opening out to the pool within the Riad. The staff could not have been more helpful and gracious throughout... More

We arrived after a long drive from the coast and were greeted by wonderfully polite staff. We were made to feel very special,.. I would particularly like to thank the manager, Marwan, for his hospitality , lively and intelligent conversation.

Stayed here for 2 nights in the Walid Suite which was just spectacular - we felt like a King and Queen. Fruit, biscuits and a bottle of water were provided for our arrival which was a lovely touch. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely spacious and beautifully decorated and appointed. Ate dinner in the Riad on night one which was... More

As we stayed at a nice ryad nearby, we went here just for dinner one night and were happily satisfied with the delicious choices on the menu. Some French selections besides traditional Moroccan dishes and a good wine offering made for a pleasant cool night on the rooftop terrace. The hotel is also very nice and right on the edge... More

This Riad is delightful - wonderful ornate traditional décor and elegant and comfortable rooms. Much of the charm of and old palace has been maintained with modern conveniences added for comfort. Breakfast on the rooftop courtyard was the perfect way to start each day when we were there in late May. We ate in the restaurant one night and on... More

The Riad was a very cosy place to stay in however we discovered ants in our room and on the pillows at different times of the day. However I would not suggest for anyone to eat here - they didn't even have a menu for the restaurant's evening meal and the general manager was a little overpowering. The evening meal... More
