We stayed one week in Riad Zamane and didn't want to leave. Sakina and her daugther were so gracious and hospitable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and and spacious. The courtyard where we ate breakfast every morning is truly beautiful and tranquil. One night we decided to have dinner at the riad and it was absolutely superb. We treated ourselves... More

We chose this Riad based on previous recommendations. Sakina, the owner was a classy ex-Parisian native and we thoroughly enjoyed our daily conversations with her and her daughter Kenza. They take great pride in their Riad as was evident in the elegantly designed abode. Our room was large with a beautiful 4 poster bed. They were kind enough to accommodate... More

We just recently stayed at Riad Zamane for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The riad itself is a beautiful building with a sunny courtyard in which we enjoyed our breakfasts and a dinner. Food was good and the dinner was excellent, albeit a lot of food, but we gobbled it up. Sakina is extremely gracious and helpful and all... More

Staying three nights here was a highlight of the trip because of the wonderful atmosphere and charm of the property. We stayed in a suite featured in the photo here (it was a bit of a squeeze because one of the sofa beds was actually for a small child, but our teenagers made it work). We had a bathtub and... More

Our family (7 of us) spent 3 nights here and enjoyed every minute. Conveniently located on the edge of the medina, the courtyard is an oasis of serenity and elegance. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the food is excellent. Sakina, the owner, is among the most gracious innkeepers I have ever met. She and her very well-trained staff provide... More

This is an elegant, beautifully restored building, extremely comfortable. Owner and staff were lovely. Our dinner was served on the roof (meaning each course had to be brought up three floors of stairs by the very gracious staff) where we enjoyed not only an excellent meal but a beautiful evening looking over the Medina and hearing the sounds of the... Good service, great service, excellent service! We stayed in Riad for two weeks in Dec-Jan'14 (extended our stay by several days). It is an excellent place to stay not only to explore Fes, but a good base for making all kinds of trips around the city and even all the way to Sahara. Sakina, the Riad owner, is an excellent... We spent 4 nights at this beautiful Riad. We stayed in the Tarbe room (the red one)...it's large with a spacious bathroom. The heater worked well. Windows overlook the courtyard. Breakfast was good...bread, pastries, yogurt. We ate 2 dinners here and both were very good. It's a good location to walk to the medina (which is huge & as confusing... More

We loved our stay at Riad Zamane and wished we could have stayed longer. Sakina is an warm and gracious hostess and her staff was absolutely wonderful in every way, showing us a glimpse for the kindness and hospitality of the Moroccan people we encountered throughout our trip. We stayed in Riad Zamane for 3 nights and had booked the... More

We had booked the cheapest room in this riad through a booking agency but when we arrived the lovely host Sakina offered us a more spacious and luxurious room. Everything about the room and the common areas was very moroccan and very gorgeous and we were immediately captivated. We extended our stay to 6 days, including a day trip into... More
