Great place. Beautiful building: elegant, cosy, romantic. Very well run by an attentive owner. Rooms are super and the garden is also pleasant, with a nice small pool to plung and refresh. Not in the town centre but very close to it (15 mins walk). We enjoyed our stay. More

This is a wonderful place to stay, within walking distance of most of the sights/sites of Fez. It is a beautifully restored riad with a shady garden where we could relax after exploring fascinating Fez. Monique and her staff were endlessly hospitable and charming. We had copious and delicious breakfasts and dinners served in the garden. Moroccan specialities ( and... More

Absolutely superb, very friendly and welcoming. The restored building is beautiful and opens onto an attractive garden with outside pool. Room was large and comfortable and meals were excellent. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good: in the Medina but close to a gate so that a taxi can get near. More

Riad Norma has been beautifiully and lovingly restored resulting in a sumptious location for our stay in Fez. The inner couryard was exquisitely designed, as was the whole of the Riad. The outside pool (most unusual) and garden was an added delight. The food was delicious, though a little salt for our individual taste, and beautifully presented by the ever-attentive... More

Riad Norma is a beautifully restored palace. The garden with orange trees and plunge pool is very cozy. The courtyard is decorated with brilliant mosaic tiles. I stayed in a junior suite on the top level. The room was very comfortable and warm. I had dinner by the fireplace in the winter dining room. The traditional Moroccan dinner of Harira... More

Riad Norma is an absolute delight and in the likely event that we return to Fes, we will come back here. The staff were lovely, the riad itself was very pretty indeed, the rooms were charming and the food was simply fantastic. We did go for dinner elsewhere in Fes but just ended up wishing we'd eaten at Riad Norma.... More

We stayed at Riad Norma for only one night after moving from another riad that just wasn't up to scratch. Riad Norma was beauifully decorated with a particulary appealing court yard including small pool. The staff were attentive and our room was big and beautiful. My only concern was the price, for which I paid half in a similar place... More

We stayed for 4 nights in November 09 and we thought its a very beautiful, authentic Riad. We even got a room upgrade - in the Tosca room, quite big! The general decor is so nice, mosaics...traditional moroccan...very nice garden/pool...You can tell the owner Monique has put alot of heart and soul into renovating this place. One thing that was... Riad Norma is a stunningly beautiful Riad with restored tile work and elaborate inlaid stucco. The rooms are beautiful, and the owners were friendly and helpful. There is a very small pool and garden area, where one has breakfast and also dinner, if arranged ahead of time. Breakfast was simple, with cut up fruit, yogurt, Moroccan breads, jams, honey, coffee,... More
