The staff was nice and there was an exceptional number of staff, they simply were only their task oriented, and did what their task was. Otherwise the amenities were exceptional and the room was great and spacious. They did have some included immunities in the room like natural mud scrub and olive oil scrub which was nice for the deep... More

The décor of the hotel is amazingly beautiful. The hotel has a nice pool area, a relaxing Hammam spa, and courtyard and rooftop bars. Amazing photos and views of the medina from the rooftop bar. The restaurant has very good food. The service is good. Easily located for access from your taxi or car at the edge of the old... More

Wifi was available in lobby but not in room. Beautiful surroundings. Lobby was breathtaking .Good service. Breakfast had a wide variety and rooftop bar had great view. Would have liked to be able to order a snack at rooftop bar instead of having to order an entire dinner.

The public rooms of this riad were, by far, the most beautiful of any we experience in our two-week Moroccan adventure. The zellig tile work and exquisite gip plasterwork are of such delicate beauty with such elegant detail as to make the main courtyard a place one hardly wants to leave. Our room -- a lovely junior suite -- was... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely read. It was a true oasis in the medina after spending any time in the crowded and fragrant (not the smell of flowers) narrow alleys and pathways of the central medina. The accommodations were comfortable, the staff very cordial, the service excellent. My only criticism relates to the bathroom. The drains in... More

We had booked for two (2) nights and left after the first night. Here is why: In general we were not at all satisfied with our arrival, stay and departure from the Riad Fes. We had relatively high expectations about the quality of the property, the services and the rooms, being the Riad Fes a member of Relais & Chateaux.... More

Riad Fes is an amazing property, a great mixture of Moroccan and Andalusian architecture. The old parts have been beautifully restored and the new parts were built in a distinctive fusion style. Make sure you have sunset drinks on the upper balcony, views are magical.

Stacf is great. Beautifully restored riad. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast superb. Wifi is problematic. Suite was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyable. Do.not miss this ideal location in medina. We have been staying in riads al throughout Morocco and this is tbe best. Awa who manages the place is absolutely top notch.

My goodness! A riad can be a Magical Mystery tour, especially for someone with an underdeveloped sense of direction! Riad Fez is made up of five different properties joined together so the multiplicity of levels, terraces and staircases make for interesting travelling! The joy of a riad is the surprise of leaving a street, tiny in this case, and entering... More

The best location in Fez - literally in the souk but very quiet and beautiful with gorgeous courtyards. The staff was extremely sweet and helpful. The food is excellent and the location is amazing. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of all the action.
