Not just the best meal in Fes, but in all of Morocco! Not only was our food was beautifully presented, but everyone in our party was exceptionally pleased with their choices. I had the mushroom ravioli for starters, the sea bass for the entree, and the creme brulee with sorbet for dessert. The creme brulee, delicately seasoned with vanilla and... More

The Riad Fes is by far the best hotel in the Old City of Fes. The hotel manager, Awa Diakhate, was exceptional and organized amazing tours not only within the Medina but outside the city. We also took a wonderful cooking class with Chef Ama - not to be missed! Riad Fes is a boutique hotel with all the bells... More

We had just come back from mazourga in the dessert and to be greated by such respect and kindness and hot mint tea was such a treat. The riad is like a palace and the rooms are authentic and romantic.

Riad Fes is truly deserving of its Relais et Chateaux membership. The riad (hotel converted from homes) is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been in. And the service rivals any 5 star luxury European hotel. Their motto could easily be "as you like it," which is the response you get when you ask for anything. Food was... More

What a stunning location and quite frankly no need to leave the hotel at all. Inside you feel as if you are in a museum and you can enjoy every bit of it from every angle. The service was impeccable and the price on special was just right.

The riad was great and the people were helpful and very friendly. We had a lovely room overlooking the internal courtyard. It was really fun being inside the medina and moving from the noise and activity outside to the serenity of the riad. The dining room is very attractive and both breakfast and dinner are terrific. The choices were varied... More

This hotel is located within the maze of the old city. You need a guide to find it. The public areas are in the old Moroccan style. The Vizer room has a rooftop patio that overlooks the city. Service was excellent and the staff pleasant and helpful. We had only two small problems: 1. January days were too cold go... More

We loved our suit. The staff is very kind and the architecture of this Riad is really astonishing. The only problem we had was with guides recommended by them. The first guide for a Medina visit was terrible. He only wanted to take us to stores so we buy staff and he gets commission. Very fast walking and no historical... More

i stayed at the Riad Fes last week....what an experience! it's hidden away in the medina, so have the taxi driver walk you in or make sure the hotel knows when you're arriving! The hotel is a gorgeous old palace. The decor is unbelievable...the tiles, the carvings...it's so beautiful...I was given an upgrade to the Royal Suite. It was amazing!... More

The first impression that you have when you leave the car is that there is something wrong. Hotel is located in the Medina and you cannot see its façade from the street. After a really short walk through a narrow corridor you find a real oasis of calm and luxury! This Riad is in a beautiful palace, very well decorated... More
