We have just returned to England after a 10 day stay at the Zalagh Parc Palace. Contrary to many of the previous reviews, we found this hotel to be very good value for money. It is a beautiful, authentic Moroccan Hotel. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were given a choice of spacious rooms which had met with... More

I spent a week in Fes on business and thought the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very interesting. There is a lot of traditional pictures, furniture and architecture- a real Moroccan feel. I loved that there was wifi and that the staff spoke moderate to fair English. Most importantly, I felt safe-except when in the halls at... More

It is supposedly a 5 star hotel. Nice lobby and friendly staff. I love the rooms with good size bathroom. But the hallways are so dark and the elevator at the back side is nasty, it smells like sewer at times. Smells of frying foods, i guess coming from the hotel kitchen can be smelled in my room. I also... More

I stayed in this hotel over the new year's eve (30 Dec. 2013 - 1 Jan. 2014). The quality of service and food was similar to what I would expect from a low-end 3 stars hotel (while the hotel claims 5 stars). The room was basic in terms of decoration and furniture. I used the fitness facility and found the... More

Let's start with the good. The hotel's nice and it's huge (for Fes). The lobby is spacious and gives a Moorish ambiance. It's not your typical hotel and you can really feel that you're away from your country. The location's ok too. It's walking distance to a shopping mall. Our room was spacious and clean, plus there's free wifi. Coolness.... More

We stayed at the hotel of 3 weeks and loved it. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Rooms were basic but nice. Amazing shower, lovely bathroom and a small balcony. Staff were one of the best things about the hotel. The were friendly, helpful and went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. The maids were great... More

I stayed here as a part of a Cosmos tour. Otherwise don't bother. It is really far from the centre. The rooms are big with balconies and uncomfortable beds. The dinner in the hotel was great but breakfast was not. There are a few safety deposit boxes in the lobby but get one right away or one may not be... More

Be forewarned that there is no air conditioning in the lobby, dining area or other common areas. There is only minimal air conditioning in your room. We there for 2 nights in August in 45 - 48c weather. Wifi is free in the lobby but I couldn't tolerate it for more than 20 mins at a time. The bathtubs were... More

It's located on the outskirts of Fes, it takes 15 min. by taxi to get to the city centre. But one shouldn't even hope for a quiet and relaxing stay, they let the public into one of there pools, so it's awfully noisy with very loud music playing all day long. It's even worse at night there's a disco somewhere... More

This five stars "de luxe" hotel is a good hotel for Morocco, but it would be just a good three stars hotel in Europe. Cleaning standards are low and it is located too far from the Medina. The rooms are big but the decoration is Benidorm-style. It is in front of one of the few european-style supermarkets in Fez (which... More
