I stayed 7 nights with my wife and little baby. The hotel itself is very nice, nice lobby area. Reception staff were not helpful and was asking me for 500dh when I got there. To do with tax or whatever. Concierge ladies spoke decent English but were not helpful. Breakfast was very nice, waiters were polite and always were on... More

Reception area is stunning! Check in was smooth but on our first night there was really load music being played up to 4am! We mentioned this to reception so were moved to the 4th floor and we were happy with that. Reception staff were very helpful and arranged an English speaking taxi driver for us and he was very friendly... More

Stayed here in late December and it was the worst hotel of our trip to morocco. Despite being labelled as 5 stars, this hotel was 3 stars at best. The hotel was in a remote location not near town. The reception and lobby areas for each floor was darkly lit, and lights were flickering. The room had very old furniture... More

Located in the middle of nowhere on the outskirts of the city but right next to a very deprived area. The tourists have become the target for opportunist thieves. It is perhaps no co-incidence that following a coach of guest arrivals the consierge desk (where safes are available) is unmanned and with no room safes guests are almost certain to... More

Conveys a good impression on entry because of the large lobby area and decorative ceiling and chandeliers. If you forget the name of the hotel when in your room, you have to go outside the building and look at the front facade. Not a single paper, letterhead or hotel directory in the 10 rooms occupied by our group. No instructions... More

This hotel isn't bad in itself, but watch out for the waiters in the restaurant because THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. With the buffet dinners one must pay for drinks (even water), and be sure to pay only in Dirhams. I got a small bottle of wine, which was 85 Dirhams. I hadn't changed my Euros, and I had a... More

This hotel looked beautiful in the foyer and pool area but the rooms were quite tired looking. They don't appear to do much ongoing maintenance. We ate in the pizzeria for lunch one day and the pizzas were delicious but the service and the decor left a bit to be desired, it was very dark inside. The front desk staff... More

The hotel foyer is huge with beautiful furnishing. The room was good although wasn't anything spectacular and certainly not 5 star. The hotel is close to a mall and you can walk there, there are some restaurants to eat at in the mall. The hotel is not near anything else so you either need your own wheels or a taxi... More

This was a lovely hotel. Pools available and just the thing after sightseeing all day. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and attractive and a welcome sight after a whole day on the road from Marrakech. There is a large shopping mall within easy walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel has the most amazing foyer I have ever seen! The rooms were more than just a bedroom, they had a little sitting area as well. The bed was so comfortable and the toiletries were good quality. The hotel pool (not the one that the public can come and use) was fantastic, very private. The only downside was the... More
