It's a big hotel, located away from the city center and near the Marjane mall.Good: beds are comfortable and dinner is fair. Bad: It has some mantainance problems and pool gets really crowded in summer time. If you are in morocco for the first time ... Then u will be impressed..

The hotel was definitely not a five star, considering the location, the horrible AC situation, and most importantly the manager's poor guest relation, and customer service skills. It is disappointing to deal with sneaky and unprofessional management. Imagine the message they send to the rest of the staff. Fortunately the gentleman in the front desk was kind enough to apologize... More

We stayed in this hotel during our round trip in Morocco, spended 2 nights there. The food was very good, rooms elegant and lovely. After all day in hot city the swimming pool was very fresh and clean. For sure recommended to stay there. The hotel is not fare from new town in Fes where you can spend your evening.

We just returned to England after 7 days staying at the Zalagh Parc Palace. The hotel advertised as a 5 star, but it is too far from this rate. Reception absolutely useless, no offers, no advertisement, no information. There no entertainment in the hotels at all. Very boring hotel. Food nice, rooms nice. But does not look like hotel interesting... More

I spent two nights in this nice hotel with traditional furniture, moroccan architecture and pictures. Free wifi in the spacious room with balcony and amazing view of Fes, nice bathtroom, spacious lobby, friendly staff. Hotel is very clean. Good breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and great dinner buffet. Very good organized with the luggage service for buses.

We have just returned to England after a 10 day stay at the Zalagh Parc Palace. Contrary to many of the previous reviews, we found this hotel to be very good value for money. It is a beautiful, authentic Moroccan Hotel. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were given a choice of spacious rooms which had met with... More

I spent a week in Fes on business and thought the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very interesting. There is a lot of traditional pictures, furniture and architecture- a real Moroccan feel. I loved that there was wifi and that the staff spoke moderate to fair English. Most importantly, I felt safe-except when in the halls at... More

It is supposedly a 5 star hotel. Nice lobby and friendly staff. I love the rooms with good size bathroom. But the hallways are so dark and the elevator at the back side is nasty, it smells like sewer at times. Smells of frying foods, i guess coming from the hotel kitchen can be smelled in my room. I also... More

I stayed in this hotel over the new year's eve (30 Dec. 2013 - 1 Jan. 2014). The quality of service and food was similar to what I would expect from a low-end 3 stars hotel (while the hotel claims 5 stars). The room was basic in terms of decoration and furniture. I used the fitness facility and found the... More

Let's start with the good. The hotel's nice and it's huge (for Fes). The lobby is spacious and gives a Moorish ambiance. It's not your typical hotel and you can really feel that you're away from your country. The location's ok too. It's walking distance to a shopping mall. Our room was spacious and clean, plus there's free wifi. Coolness.... More
