Honestly, you walk in and look up and you think oh how beautiful the ceiling and lighting are but then you look around and it really is just sad. It is listed as a 5 star hotel but it is not. While our room was clean, again there was major wear and tear and stains and poor construction in our... More

The Zalagh Parc Palace is a 5-star hotel... I have no idea why... It's not a terrible hotel, the lobby is quite nice and the food is good. However, the rest of the hotel is very unclean. We had to ask for our pillows to be replaced since the ones we got where full of hair leftover from the past... More

The Zalagh Parc Palace looks stunning, especially the lobby. However, this is it, everything else is either outdated, or not being used at all. The hotel is massive, but there were barely a few people staying there when we were there in Dec 14. It felt sad, but then the hotel is not doing itself any justice. Its management is... More

This hotel is absolutely lovely. I really enjoyed the lobby with older Moroccan tea set, mosaic tiles, lounge rooms, & Moroccan styled rooms. For New Years 2015, they had dancers in the lobby, an amazing dinner, great mint tea, and exceptional service. Warm rooms and a lovely time. Breakfast could have been a little better but their pastries and fresh... More

I went to this hotel as part of a round trip, so this hotel was booked by somebody else but me. I stayed two nights, and although it is situated a bit outside of the city, it is really a nice hotel. The room I got was spacious and clean as well. There are a couple of restaurants, but I... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of a 10 day Archers/Cosmos tour of Morocco. It is out of town, so not sure how long the walk into the media in Fez would be. This is a very large hotel over three/four floors and is rather like a rabbit warren. The rooms are all of a large... More

Lots of places to sit, comfortable seats and sofas, authentic features, small shop selling nice gifts and stamps, lots of restrooms. The dining room was nice, where we had a buffet dinner and breakfast. Some areas needed a bit of TLC but a good clean hotel, super market opposite if you need it.

It is a big hotel but well designed and our room was spacious with a great balcony overlooking a fountain and small garden. Reviewers used to 5 stars in Europe need to know that those stars don't mean equivalent hotels in countries like Morocco. For Morocco this was a very good hotel, clean, working Wi-Fi, great beds, and while the... More

It's a big hotel, located away from the city center and near the Marjane mall.Good: beds are comfortable and dinner is fair. Bad: It has some mantainance problems and pool gets really crowded in summer time. If you are in morocco for the first time ... Then u will be impressed..
