The hotel was very dirty, the rooms were horrible. The sheets were not clean and they were torned apart. Some rooms even had cockroaches! The dining room wasn't very clean either. The tablecloth were dirty when we had dinner, but they were the same at brekafast... The hotel is very overrated, I suggest you better find another hotel, this one... More

The hotel is located in the Ville nouvelle, at 10Dhs by taxi from the Medina. It has spacious rooms, poor bathrooms with grey towels (been white long time ago), free wifi in the lobby, friendly staff, very poor breakfast with dry pastries and the worst tea in Morocco. If I would go again to Fez, I would choose a riad.

Where do I start? It's been a terrible experience from the time we entered, the reception guy was asleep and we had to wake him up, then we were told that WIFI is available but costs 50 dirhams per day. Breakfast is not worth waking up for, you'l get a croissant and tea if you are lucky. There are plenty... More

Dreadful stay bad management no one speaks english here! Cant communicate and rude if you cant speak their language. I have been morocco x3 in past 3 years but first time in Fez Wassim Hotel (and the last time to this hotel). Bar service is bad. Me and my group of friends went to the bar area to order tea... More

Hotel is quite near the Medina, the rooms are a good size, very clean and there was plenty of hot water. The bathroom was very large with a big bath as well as a shower. The restaurant is a buffet type and the food was very good with a great selection of salads and hot food at dinner, they also... More

I have traveled to Fez before and find the Wassim hotel rooms better and more spacy than my previous experience. Breakfast was more rich than I expected after reading the description from other travellers : soup, eggs, bread, various jams and croissants etc. I had ordered a room far away from the disco to avoid noise, but it seemed to... We travelled with a group of 10 and our rooms were ok...there were a few small bugs but the hotel had a discothèque in the lower level booming music until 4a and it kept some of our group who faced the street awake. The rooms were adequate, if you showered in the afternoon it seemed like the hot water was... More

This hotel is not worth 4*. I got up in the middle of night with bugs (looked like small cockroaches) moving around my head board. I informed the receptionist and he said he will get it sprayed. Next night fewer bugs but still there. It was impossible to get any reaction from the manager (I think his name was Kamal).... More

We got to hotel wassim late at night, most of the lights in the reception area were switched off. The hotel looked huge but somehow felt like we were the only ones there apart from the pleasant man at reception. The rooms are comfortable, but we could hear music pumping and the lifts all night which was a bit freaky... More
