Excellent location. Excellent customer service. Very different experience from a hotel. Great view of the city from the terrace. Rooms were comfortable and the meals provided were delicious. Highly recommended.

very good location close to the medina and its wonders. Refined French and Maroccan furniture create a delightful special athmosphere. View from the roof terrace is fantastic ! Special thanks to the friendly and very helpful staff and owners. I shall return !

Stayed for 2 nights with friends. Poor customer relations. No wifi accusing us that our computers were old and broken. No hot water with no aplogies next day. Our hairdrier wires exposed, torn blankets. The beds were hard and on a slope that made you roll to one side. Not a pleasant place to stay. Thier meals and cooking over... More

Your caricatural comment does harm to all our staff who has done its best to be kind and helpful to you. The only real problem was the trouble in the internet access with your computer and it seems to us that from that moment you got angry, did not want to accept any help and that you had decided to... A short walk from the parking area, Ryad Mabrouka is an outstanding example of Morrocan hospitality. After being greeted by Pierre-Marie, being offered tea and cookies and relaxing in a magnificent courtyard while checking in- we were shown to a lovely room on the first floor. Don't be confused - first floor required steps. If this is a problem request... More

I was looking forward to the "ryad experience", and this was everything I hoped for. It's a beautiful property with great character. Excellent location. The decoration of the room and the public areas was wonderful, while still feeling authentic and real. The food was excellent ! Everything was clean and comfortable. Best of all, was the service and hospitality of... More

Apart from the fact that the Riad is very tastefully furnished set in a beautiful garden, the quality of food and service is of the highest order. All of the Staff, and especially Kalid, were wonderful hosts. We stayed for 4 nights and the views across Fes from the roof top terrace in glorious weather was an added bonus. Getting... More

We were graciously welcomed to Ryad Mabrouka with tea and cookies in the garden. A private dinner was prepared for us - welcome after a long day of travel and sightseeing. The room was very comfortably appointed with plenty of outlets and sitting area and bathroom with Moroccan amenities supplied. The breakfast was very generous and the staff always responsive.... This was our first stay in Fez, and we were not disappointed. The riad is comfortably furnished with a beautiful walled garden (including a small pool). After a day walking the streets of Fez it was a delight to return to and relax on the verandah. Good breakfasts, delightful staff and a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Ryad Mabrouka was a place of comfort the moment we entered its lovely fountain lobby. The large windows provided plenty of light and the rooms were cozy, comfortable and quiet. We loved the terasse where we could see the rooftops of the Medina and hear the calls to prayer from the many mosques of the city. The breakfasts were delicious... More

The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful you quickly feel part of the family. The Ryad is beautiful and the garden a tranquil paradise full of birds - the perfect place to relax, read and unwind. It is ideally situated walking distance from the Medina and also near to the carpark so getting a taxi is no problem.... More
