Besides all good things and memories already mentioned here in reviews, I just want to add yet another do-not-miss-or-you-will-really-regret experience at this lovely renovated riad. Dinner or lunch in the riad. Actually, I tried both. The chef at the riad is a mastery of Moroccan cuisine. According to the owner, she is a top graduate of local culinary school. Indeed,... More

Very beautiful traditional rihad in Fes. Very clean and comfortable, also safe to stay and at the same time closed to the old medina. Henroy, the host is so kind and speaks fluent english, german, spanish.(He is french.) You can get any information you need from him. Next time in Fes, I will definitely stay here

My boyfriend, brother, and I recently stayed at Dar Dalila while traveling through Morocco. This was one of the nicest places we stayed during the whole trip! Geoffrey was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The dar is beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable, and in a great location. The breakfast was beyond amazing! I couldn't think of a better... More

Wendy, my partner & I stayed here for three nights on a sixteen day trip around Morocco. In terms of the actual accommodation this was easily the best of thewhole trip. This is a stunningly beautiful riad which has had no expense spared in its restoration. If you go there just look at the hand created ceilings - just amazing.... More

An incredible stay! Our favourite place in Morocco by far. We were made to feel extremely welcome on arrival and had mint tea with tasty homemade biscuits. Geoffroy, the new owner, is an incredibly friendly man who was always extremely helpful to us - he helped organise a tour of Fes with a local guide, suggested places to eat (which... More

Dar Dalila has a new owner, we were his first guests and it was great! He is redecorating the whole place this summer (juli, august, when it is probably too hot in Fez for tourists). He and Murat gave us the warm feeling like we were visiting friends. Meriem is lovely and a fantastic cook! We were all having a... More

My husband and I stayed at Dar Dalila for two nights in April, and this was by far one of the best places we've ever stayed! The building itself is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. The owner Abdel was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's located in the Fez medina, but a short walk away... More

We had no problems finding Dar Dalila with excellent instructions sent to us by email prior to arriving. My husband and I entered the Dar and were awed by the wonderful decoration and found out that the Dar had been recently totally renovated. They have done a beautiful job. Abdel is very welcoming and helpful regarding currency exchange, places to... More

A bit out of the way but good once The owner speaks good English but the staff who is there most of the time speaks neither French nor English. Breakfast was good.Rooms are long and narrow and poorly lit with no natural light.

I stayed at the Dar for about four nights and enjoyed my stay. The host is very nice and personable, as the majority of other reviews describe. My room was very spacious, the bed comfortable and breakfast was very good and abundant. The breakfast changes a bit from day to day. The Dar is a bit off the main part... More
