Worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. Decor (and facilities) seem to have not been changed since 1970, uncomfortable beds, lights didn't work, toilet constantly screeched. If this wasn't enough my partner and I were kept awake until 3am due to awful music blearing from a room downstairs (our room was literally pulsating with noise) My partner... More

Dark entrance hall with three slow lifts, the rooms are older style but clean, with hot water. Roof top bar, need to watch your drinks tamper proof bottles but still seemed watered down? Stayed two nights on a tour, near carfour and MacDonald's, to far to walk into town. Swimming pool in in the hotel next door via an underground... More

The kindest word that I can use for this hotel is 'tired'. Although the bedroom was large, there was no safety deposit box, the cupboard doors were loose and the drawers did not open. The whole place is in need of a thorough face lift. We arrived at 7pm and found that neither of the two bedroom lights worked, although... More

We spent two nights here on our 4-day tour of Morocco. We wanted to get our feet wet with a short stay to see IF we liked it. From Tangier, after a ferry ride from Algecerias, Spain, we had a 5-hr. drive to Fez or Fes. This makes for a very long day and you are tired! The front staff... More

Our room was quite comfortable and decorated very nicely. The bed was great. On the down side, it was hard to sleep because of constantly barking dogs. Also there are no screens and after opening the window our room was filled with flies. Finally, the restaurant staff tender to be nasty and unhelpful. The hotel is located convenient to the... More

Worst hotel in our one-week trip to Morocco. Breakfast was VERY scarce with no fruit, no cheese, no ham, no nothing.... The room was also horrible... I even kept the door knob when closing on one ocassion!

Quick review: Pros; 1- The hotel is in a good location of Fez and is close to the main center as well couple of nice coffee shops that are open pretty late. 2- Staff are very helpful and friendly 3- The Wifi is average, not strong for streaming clips especially in the bedrooms 4- The rooms and bathrooms are very... The hotel has a wonderful location , in a lovely city of lovely people and is central for eateries of any type that you may require. The boulevards and night-life are close to hand, as are supermarkets and shopping malls.

Had two nights here as part of a Morocco tour, wished we had only one night! Looks great when you walk in but doesn’t follow through behind the façade. Sub standard cleanliness, maintenance and service, really can’t recommend to anyone. Maintenance wise – tap not connected to sink, cracked bathroom mirror, ill fitting window so all the road noise from... More

This hotel is in a nice location in Fes. It is close to a nice shopping center where you can get bottled water, food, and beer. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant in it, however the bar is very expensive. There is WiFi in the lobby which is nice. The rooms are pretty nice. I really liked the... More
