Stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Fez. The hotel lobby is adequate with a lounge and bar area. Rooms are quite spacious, quiet and they were airconditioned which was nice to come to when outside in the heat. Breakfast and dinner was buffet style for our group and you can eat as much as you want - hot dishes,... more

those people at the hotel are stealing visitors not serving them, they extreamly change their way of dealing with you the day u r leaving the hotel, prices are very high inside the hotel, i cleaned 4 skirts and 3 t-shirts by 240 Dhs which is very expensive believe me it s higher than the price of all those clothes... more

Whilst the pictures of the pool might entice you to stay here I can not discourage other travellers enough from doing so! The hotel came with many promises which were unfulfilled. The first of these was air conditioning. We entered our room to find a man up a ladder apparently fixing ours and noticed that there was no dial on... more

For the price and the number of stars, this hotel is a travesty. It has a great view and a beautiful pool, but that is all it has going for it. And the pool is always much, much too busy for comfort, between the large number of hotel guests and day guests. Things that did not work in the hotel:... more

This is a good hotel by European standards. It is not a great hotel but overall it is clean , comfortable and good for the price. It does not deserve rave reviews but equally it's overall performance does not deserve criticism. more

This was a real mixed bag for us. The room was nice, but there was little moving air. There was a computer available, but the connection was very slow and the keyboard was in French and Arabic, which is tough for English speakers. It is easy to get lost between Zalagh 1 and Zalagh 2-- they are connected by a tunnel... more

My husband and I stayed three weeks at this hotel in June of 2008 and enjoyed every minute of it. My husband is from Fes, but we chose to stay in a hotel because his family does not have air conditioning and because of the fact that I am a spoiled American, I need air conditioning! Anyway, our room was... more

On arriving I was told I did not have a booking, even though I had already paid in full through lastminute. On stressing that I had a booking I was told that by the manager "that it was not his problem!". This is not what you want to here after a long journey, I was made to wait 30 mins... more

I stayed here March 3 and 4, 2009 on a tour with Overseas Adventure Travel. The group was assured rooms on the side facing the Fes medina. Mine was the only one which did not, and it faced the entrance and parking. Being tired, wanting to shower and rest, I decided just to accept it. The room was extremely cold.... more
