We stayed here on our last night in Fes. We planned on shopping most of the day and had to leave on a very early flight. We wanted a decent hotel that was affordable and convienient to the medina for some last minute shopping and relatively close to the airport. We were very satisfied with our stay here. Check-in was... more

we arrived at this supposedly 5* hotel and were very dissapointed. from the start the staff were very rude, unhelpful and spoke very little english. the swimming pool was the only nice attraction. however the advertised swim up pool was not only closed but clearly had not been open for some time due to the uncleanliness you could visably see.... more

We stayed here for 3 nights during late May and found the hotel ok but certainly no 5* hotel as advertised. It used to be owned by the Sheraton and is now part of the Royal Mirage group of hotels in Morocco and is really just a good 3* hotel. There's nothing wrong with the hotel as such - it's... more

We usually stay in 5* hotels but decided to "slum" this time and stayed in 3* hotels in Fes. However I am a massage junkie and get my daily treatment fix all over town, from the hammams in the souk to the five star salons. I loved the little place called "Kine" on the Rue de la Jordanie, where for... more

Arrived at this hotel having read great reviews, and was exceptionally disappointed! The reception area was pleasant in a chintzy kind of way, but the reception staff were down right rude!! Everything appeared to be a real chore to them including menial tasks such as changing traveller cheques! The whole hotel is in need of total refurbishment to bring it... more

We recently stayed 2 weeks at the Royal Mirage and it was brilliant. Beautiful lobby and dining rooms, the ensuite bedroom was a good size, very pleasant, quiet and well equipped (no tea/coffee facilities but room service is quick) and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. All the staff and management were very friendly, courteous and helpful,... more

Royal Mirage Fes My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in September as part of a tour group. The room was good, with a balcony overlooking the pool. A/C worked, and so did the fridge although we didn’t succeed in buying anything to put in it. Bathroom was modern, beds O.K but pillows uncomfortable. The lobby was great,... more

The lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are average, clean, quiet and comfortable. The heat sort of works. The bathrooms are fairly large and comfortable. The resaurant which caters to groups has a very good buffet, the food was fresh and tasty. Like most hotels in Morocco, they only served the weakest, worst coffee and charged 2 to 3 euros for... more
