I have received an email from reservation stating that price for single room is 700 DH/night and double room is 800 DH/night. So upgrade from single to double is at 100 DH I ended paying for the upgrade to double 670 DH / night , when I showed up at hotel reception with my two kids (2 and 7) and... More

Rooms are clean and standard. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurants inside and the food was one of the worst I have eaten in a hotel. The front was not friendly and they don't speak English very well. There are some stores inside, but prefer to buy handcrafts outside. Venue looked like safe.

We were here as part of a tour, and you can tell the hotel caters to large tour groups. As a couple we were put in a room with two double beds which we thought was odd. It came with a little fridge. In line with other reviews, the hotel is a bit stuck in the 1970s. One of the... More

A refurbished Holiday Inn with a nice pool and good size rooms. The lobby is very busy with the arrivals and departure of the groups. Our room rate included breakfast and dinner. Neither was worth eating. They are feeding the masses and that was reflected in the food offerings. There are better places to stay, this is nothing special.

+++ Excellent customer service +++ Good location +++ Free internet wifi in rooms (quite rare in other Moroccan hotels where one has to pay to have an internet access) --- Noisy customers at night at the restaurant --- Very bad breakfast --- Old design --- Dusty rooms

I loved this hotel, but not because it was any good. It was hilarious! The decor was straight out of the 1960s, and I suspect that was the last time it was refurbished. We stayed here as part of a tour, and according to the guide it is getting much better since new management came in. We stayed a few... More

The hotel externally is of a slightly dated western design of glass and metal. Internally it is transformed into the delightful traditional Moroccan styling. It is in a great central location to visit the sights of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable rooms and are furnished in modern elegant style. All meal times have menus which contain traditional... More

I read reviews before I travelled and almost cancelled the booking at this hotel. However as some reviews suggest the rooms are shabby, they are comfortable, have Internet and are very quiet. The hotel pool and gardens. Are enough for me to say the hotel can keep its 4 stars as this made my trip really great. The staff were friendly... More

We were staying in this hotel for 2 nights as part of a tour and this was our 3rd hotel and I'm beginning to think that the 'star' rating in Morocco doesn't come anywhere near the same standard as Europe. We spent 2 night nights here and while it wasn't uncomfortable apart from the air conditioning, which we couldn't sleep... More
