Very warm welcome in the beautiful palace in the historical medina. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. We had a wonderful time and enjoying sunset drinks on the terrace overlooking the historical medina. Superb food in a wonderful atmosphere at the Morrocan restaurant, 1001 night at its best.

This is a beautiful palace hotel perfectly located near the Medina. The common areas were gorgeous. The pool and breakfast area very nice. The rooms were quite comfortable. The blow dryer in the room didn't work which was annoying but they brought a portable one. The wifi was very spotty while we were there. Recommended for anyone visiting Fez.

Look I was here for business, so I will only evaluate the hotel amenities. Wifi is slooooow, rooms are decent but old, definitely not 5 star level. Food is ok. Hotel obviously has history. If you are here for tourism apparently it is very well located in the heart of the old town.

Although areas were still under construction, I really enjoyed the beauty of this former palace with its lovely gardens featuring fountains and caged birds. Even the elevators are drop-dead gorgeous. This hotel was simply spectacular. Although I had trouble (probably by my own doing) using the hotel's PC, the staff were very courteous in helping through the difficulty. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the pool area. The medina was just steps away.
