No doubt,It is the worst 5 star hotel in the world! After long day driving from desert,we arrived Fes in the evening,we didn't book hotel for this vacation, just follow heart with free feeling, with car…… When we walk into the lobby, ask for a room, front desk(lady)ask if we have a reservation,I say no,she say no space room that night, but I open booking.com,show... Just a bit of background. I was searching for a hotel in the area. I normally stay in hostels but saw this offer for £41 including breakfast and thought I'd give it a try given the price. I think this was because it was off season and not a lot of guests at that time so they were significantly lowering... More

I went in for the Hammam and massage - it was very good, probably the best one I had in Morocco. The manager was the one who did it. The only thing is that there were other customers talking loudly in French next to my room when I was waiting in between services.

Good location, good service close to the mall you can go walking, the food is good is a buffet, the room a bit small but comfortable, Wi-Fi could be better you can only very good connection in the lobby and some rooms. Not bad for 2 night stay.

The Palais Medina & Spa is located near Fes Medina, and has a shopping mall next to it. Our stay there can be described as a horrible, horrible experience. This hotel caters to HUGE tour groups, so it doesn´t depend on returning costumers. The front desk staff is more interested in talking to each other, than in getting people checked... More

I have never had such an awful hotel experience here. Our travel agent chose this hotel, and I think we will never use a travel agent again because of it! The food is like a bad cruise ship buffet, the sheets smelled of horrible mildew, and the service is nonexistent. It looks like a nice hotel upon first entering, but... More

Nice rooms, nice staff, reasonable rates. Food is very poor at breakfast, AC did not work, wifi was weak in the room, beds are very firm, room was not spotless as one would expect from a big hotel chain, and they did not allow food or drink from the outside! If they want people to spend money at their restaurant,... More

The hotel is in a great location, just a short driving distance from the medina. The rooms towards the front have a lovely view. I travelled as part of a group, we weren't expected, and in fairness to the staff they had us sorted out in 30 minutes. We were lucky and got a suite, it was very nice and... More

-No wifi in rooms -Only canned fruit, canned juice and instant coffee for breakfast. -No minibars or coffee in rooms. -The crowd consists of mostly senior citizens touring the country in large groups. -Terrible quality food. -Poorly trained staff and clearly not enough staff for the amount of people. -Room key cards dont work so we had to trudge back... Nice hotel but with ants in the bathroom, polyester bed linen, no working internet in the rooms and very poor breakfast I would not call it a five star hotel. Pool area and the different lounge areas are nice and the location is good.
