This is a wonderful hotel with a nice pool area in a convenient location. It's much closer to European levels than many Moroccan hotels I have stayed in but do be early for the buffet as the premium dishes do seem to evaporate quickly. The only real downside was overnight disturbance from a nearby dog which objected to be tied... More

I don't often give an excellent rating, but this hotel (more like a palace) deserves it! The rooms were immaculate, with mine having a view of the grounds and old buildings in the background. The service was great, the staff genuinely cared and were all helpful - even struck up a conversation with one of the bartenders. The hotel is... More

We spent two nights at this modern hotel and found it very comfortable. The only negatives were the strength of the wifi, pathetic for a modern hotel, need to stand at reception, and the shower in the bath is dangerous in my opinion, stepping into the bath is too high and they need to install a step, I'm five eight... We spent two nights here en route to the High Atlas and it was an okay place to stay. The room was on the small size and a bit awkward from the point of view for two people sharing....where to put luggage, etc. Some lights did not work. Food was so so - again quite institutionalized and badly done western... More

Very nice hotel at the edge of the old and new medinas. Close to a new mall. Rooms at rear of property have Balconies overlooking pool and the old Medina. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet okay. Lobby is very impressive but stairs to restaurants and bar can be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

We staied 2 nights in April 2014 and found the place to be really nice, Breakfasts were good and the room had a good view of the pool and surounding area. Room did need some maintenance as the mirror on the wall had been pulled out of the wall and the floor had chips of the tile on it. Watch... More

Our buffet meals were awful as they didn't replenish dishes and one evening actually cleared buffet away because a different group were arriving .they needed a different diet. Eventually they brought us some more food. The following night we were given a set meal and a FREE tea or coffee as compensation !

The bathtub is quite slippery and the side is very wide. Very difficult to step over. Water was not very hot. WiFi worked only is lobby area. There is a Carrefours shopping center and grocery right next door.

The hotel looks great but we were disappointed the moment we reached the front desk. A number of forms were pushed at us to fill out and when we asked why the internet didn't work, they blamed our iphones and those of the other guests making the same complaint! This bad attotude was a common trait throughout our 2 night... More

We stayed two days in this hotel as part of a tour in Morocco. The rooms are confortable and specious. But the bath tub is high for short or elderly people to get in. The glass at the shower let the water slip outside at the floor that gets slippery. The food was Good as well as the service. A... More
