Location: In the middle of medina. You need a guide as I wouldn't have been able to find it on my own. I had arranged for a 1/2 tour of the medina otherwise I stayed in the Riad just enjoying the quietness. Booking I booked this through Audley travel in the UK stating that I wanted to stay somewhere where... More

Ryad Salama is the perfect place to stay in Fez! The staff is wonderful! The dinner we had DELICIOUS! The people working there care very much about pleasing the people who stay there. They stay on top of every request and offer recommendations! The staff are very peaceful and kind. Take their recommendations. They offered a wonderful guide, Kamal. I... More

A charming location in the medina of Fes. An inconspicuous door opens into a courtyard that is quite peaceful with lush fruit trees, signing birds and a plunge pool. Upon our arrival we sat at a table in the courtyard drinking mint tea and eating Moroccan pastries relaxing there for hours before we made it up to our room, which was... More

We spent two nights as part of a tour and this Riad gave us a real feel for what such places are like. The inside has the relaxing central area, the amazing mosaic and the woodwork, a lovely terrace and its location is near the square that is bustling with people and activities.

We stayed for three nights here during a 2 week tour of Morocco. Michel, the owner has created a beautiful ryad filled with artefacts and treasures collected from his travels. The courtyard is a magical oasis from the busy alleyways of Fes. The food was sensational and accompanied by an extremely impressive wine list. The staff were extremely helpful at... More

We are two adults and three kids staying at this amazing Riad for two nights. Our tour company, Journey Beyond Travel, recommended this place and I'm so glad they did. It is luxuriously decorated and we truly feel like kings and queens. We were put in two rooms, both fabulous. And we were well received when we arrived after a... More

Michel was nice, professional and very knowledgeable ... he gave us the contact information for an amazing tour guide, Kamal, who showed us the Medina. He was able to organize Evian to be at the hotel for our daughters bottles. The breakfasts and lunch we had were great, and contrary to many European breakfasts was included. Wifi worked. In general... More

We stayed at Ryad Salama for 3 nights in May. The room was lovely with a delightful terrace overlooking the gardens. The terrace was a wonderful place to sit and drink a glass of wine after a day of exploring the medina, Michel and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They purchased tickets to the Sacred Music Festival... More

Ryad Salama was a wonderful place to arrive at. The entry hall opens into an enchanting courtyard of orange and lemon trees, lush greenery, singing birds and sounds of water from a central fountain. We were welcomed by the owner and staff who were pleasant and helpful. The room was large and tastefully decorated. It had a walk-in wardrobe, sofa... More

We spent 3 nights at the Riad Salama in Fez as part of a twelve day tour of Morocco. The Riad is located in a quiet part of the old city, and noise was not an issue. Our room was spacious, light and very comfortable and the AC was excellent. The owner and his staff were extremely helpful and accommodating... More
