Pros: 1. Modern style rooms in the new part of Fez 2. Breakfast was included and was a typical Moroccan breakfast (bread and more bread) 3. Staff was friendly and accommodating 4. The water in the shower became hot quickly. 5. Banks and markets are near by (like a 30 second walk) Cons: 1. The rooms were sooooo small. Had... More

PROS: clean and enough room for everything. CONS: very modern, you could be in any city in the world. so, for a cultural experience, please, please stay in a riad, or somewhere with some character!! Also, the reception / staff were not very helpful or nice, and seemed to think we owed them something for letting us stay there....

From the inside, the room is rather lacking in character so that it feels like you could be anywhere, so not for those seeking a cultural experience. On the upside, the room was spacious and clean, well located near cheap eateries in the new city and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom smelled a bit from the poor drainage... More

I stayed 2 nights as part of an Intrepid Tour. I found this hotel to be ideal for my needs. I had a single room comprising of a large queen or 2 singles put together. The bathroom is small but adequate. The room clean and well presented. Like all hotels and Riads throughout Morocco, the walls are thin and street... More

The hotel has recently started renovations with all the first floor done and some of the second floor done so if you can get these rooms it is a great place. The rooms are spacious, with brand new bathrooms and were exceptionally clean. The staff were helpful and the location was good for walking to restaurants and the main streets... More

We stayed in the newly renovated part of the hotel in a 'family' room (4 sml beds). Rooms were basic but clean and spacious with minimal furnishings. Able to get your laundry done here at a very reasonable price. The staff, particularly the gentleman on check in during the day could not be anymore helpful, he was wonderful. Bottle shop... More

Located in New Town Fes, this hotel is nice and convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious (with air conditioning). The breakfast is a bit sparse but still sufficient. We stayed on the second floor and the WiFi signal, though available, was better outside the room

I was happy with the room here... it is newly renovated and very clean. Room with a balcony was a bonus. Additionally the staff really made an effort to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was typical; we brought our own fruit which they happily washed and added to our breakfast table. The nearby laundry provided an excellent launder/press job and I... More

A good clean hotel, the rooms are still new, I felt at ease, I really do recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a good quality with the best price, the hotel has a simple little traditional architecture, with a modern clean design inside rooms, I enjoyed fes with my staying at Olympic hotel !
