Absolutely loved our stay here. The architecture of the Riad is stunning, providing a nice welcome in addition to the complimentary delicious biscuits and mint tea we were give on entry-definitely anticipated after a 7-hour long journey to Fes from Marrakech! We booked the mezzanine suite and the royal suite, both beautifully appointed with rain showers in the bathrooms, along... More

During travel from Larache to Nador, decided to stop over in Fes. Instead of staying in hotel, wanted to try the Riad. From the moment we arrived Rajae gave us the feeling we arrived at family. Such a warm welcome. Soon after the introduction Rajae showed us the available suites. After we selected one, she took us to the roof... More

We arrived a day earlier than we had booked, as our travel plans got adjusted last minute. They were not expecting us when we arrived, but not only accommodate us, put us in a beautiful room. Raja was amazing, every question or request was accommodated and her only response was "you are the most welcome" which is exactly how we... More

2 euro small bottle of water says it all. Waiter brings out one for everyone without a word about the price, be wary of shady business practices. Wouldn't let us see the menu after questioning the prices repeatedly, just kept bartering with us... Cinnamon chicken dish was incredible though, really really delicious.

Our visit was magnificent, we got a free upgrade of our room. The room was very spacious and luxury. The staff was very friendly. The dinner was fantastic, especially the pastilla with fish! During our trip, we stayed in 8 hotels, but this was the best hotel!

The staff at the Riad Layla were delightful, friendly, and helpful. The decor is perfect, a combination of traditional Moroccan with contemporary. The bathroom was great and the beds comfortable. The breakfast served on the rooftop is delicious and the roof is a great place to enjoy a tea with biscuits and look at the stars. We never ate at... More

Gorgeous suites! Staff is informal but always polite, also very friendly and helpful. Our hostes was very attentive, making sure everything was to our likings and always asking how our day was, but she was never intrusive. Very comfortable kingsize beds. Little to no noise from the streets (we could not even hear the loud calls to prayer in the... More

The rooms are beautiful, very comfortable and clean, as were the bathrooms. It was a lively and peaceful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the medina. The staff were all very lovely and consistently went out of their way to be helpful whenever possible. They really went above and beyond to assist us with making the most of... More

The Riad Layla is really pleasant with its decorations that are neither to heavy neither to poor. The bed is very comfortable and the nights are quite calm, the breakfast is good including both some "continetal" parts and some other local. The hammam in the riad, even if little, it is very nice and we have enjoyed it. Everything is... More
