The moment you walk in the riad you are transported in time and deeply pushed into a Moroccan venue. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was breath-taking! The staff always welcoming and the views from the terrace just outstanding. We loved it!

Next time we visit Fes we would stay at Riad Layla once again. It's location is perfect, the rooms comfortable, the staff welcoming and helpful and all great value for money. We stayed here two years ago and had a great stay so decided to look no further when visiting again and bringing friends with us. Riad Layla is near... More

From the minute we walked into this Riad we were delighted. The staff were fabulous (thank you Fouad for all your attention); the rooms stunning; comfortable beds; beautiful breakfast on the terrace (you won't walk away hungry) and lovely dinner. The medina in Fes is a bit daunting so Fouad arranged for someone from a local restaurant to come and... More

What a gorgeous riad. The rooms were exquisite, the courtyard breathtaking and the staff could not do enough to please. True Moroccan luxury at an affordable price. Great location within the medina. Would never stay anywhere else. Susan

On the recommendation of friends who had stayed at Riad Layla in the spring, my partner and I spent a week here in November and we were completely delighted by our experience. We stayed in the Alia suite, a beautiful and elegantly appointed room located on the Riad's top floor. We had the opportunity to look at several of the... More

A Riad as you probably know by now is a house or hotel based on a central richly decorated patio. Riad Layla took this great concept and took it one step further. The decoration and comfort make you feel like royalty, the lovely terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a candlelight dinner under the stars. The hostess, Layla, is... More

We went to riad Layla for our honeymoon and from the onset we were greeted by a very friendly manager; Rajaa. She sat us down and immediately started telling us about Fes, showing us a map and even explaining about all the excursions around Fes that we can do. She also got us excellent morrocan mint tea on the house,... More

This is a beautiful riad where the staff are kind and very helpful. The food is amazing, and I want to give this five stars, but was disappointed on several fronts. First, I suggest the owner update the description. The riad is not a few steps from the Bab Boujaloud (the Blue Gate) but is a 10-minute walk from this... More

We came to Morocco to do a 10 day trip around the country. This riad was the best place we stayed by far. Definitely choose a riad over a standard hotel - you will get traditional Moroccan style, very helpful and friendly staff and feel very welcome. On arrival, our room was upgraded which was brilliant. We were offered mint... More
