Great riad to stay if you want to be in the old town but don't really want to be in the center of the old town. We took a cab to the center of the old town for about 10dhr. Excellent breakfast on the roof terrace which offers a terrific view over town in all time of the day. We... More

We stayed four nights in this really great Riad. The hospitality is first class nothing is too much trouble for Juliet, Abdel and Saeed and co. We travelled from Casablanca by train and flew out from Fes - The team organised our transport - recommended. We had the Juliet room; Super King bed - large and very well furnished. A... More

I am still in Morocco, but I needed to write a review for this Riad. This place is AMAZING! We did not want to leave. We felt like it was a home away from NYC. It was my friend's birthday, and our hosts went out of their way for us! They got a cake, and a gift and sang happy... More

We spent two excellent nights at Riad Dar Guennoun in spectacular Fez, and cannot speak highly enough of the experience! Before our stay we had all our questions answered (e.g. directions to the Riad) very promptly and clearly. On arrival we were welcomed and offered mint tea in the grand central atrium/courtyard and shown to our magnificent room. The weather... More

Mom stepped in as daughter who runs the riad was in London to give birth. Beautiful place and very well looked after. Difficult to find so make sure you book taxi driver who will take you to the door (the riad will happily arrange a taxi to and from airport for around 15 euros).

We didn't book any tours through the riad and only had one dinner over a two night stay (we were more interested in a smaller meal the second night), so we can't comment extensively on either. However, the staff was extremely attentive, polite and lovely to deal with in every possible way. The food we did have (two breakfasts and... More

We arrived late in the evening. The minute after we finished the paperwork we had a bowl of hot soup and hot tea in front of us. The grounds are lovely. The room was comfortable. Hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast was great. What more do you need? Great place. Plus you are in the medina. Only one downside,... More

Great hospitality, advice, food and comfort ! Beautiful Interior and suites. Don't miss the dinner in the Riad, when they sat its good, it really is! The hosts are multilingual and very helpful. The service is excellent as well. We booked a guide with the Riad and it was one of the best experiences we ever had. We also went... More

Nice Riad with a cosy room (albeit with a low bathroom door which I banged my head on a few times!) and good roof terrace and decent location. Our visit was tainted by the medina tour we booked with the Riad, which was the worst experience we had during our 10 day visit to Morocco. Our 'full day' tour, at... More
