The Riad is right on the edge of the Medina, which means the taxi goes to the door and you don't have to find your way through narrow streets. It is very well run by Reibal Idrissi (the lion) who knows everything about the riad and Fes and is extremely cosmopolitan. We were with friends and he made sure we... More

We came to Riad Andalib for refuge. I had drank bad water or ate something that made me really ill. The staff at this riad were very helpful. They served food in the room, went to the pharmacy to get antibiotics and they made simple dishes that would be easier to eat. They where attentive but not intrusive. The room... More

We were in Morocco for our honeymoon, and stayed at 5 different riads. This was, by far, the best. The rooftop restaurant was absolutely amazing - delicious food, great wine, and just a perfect place to unwind after exploring the medina. The owner was so engaging, friendly, and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Plus, the decor is... More

Couldn't have asked for a better way to start our trip.... Due to delays, we arrived Fes later than expected, which left us with only a full day to see all of Fes. Thanks to Mr. Reibal Idrissi, we were able to see and experience Fes to more than our own capacity and expectations. He really knew how to host... More

This top notch hotel is located in the old medina of Fes. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who plans a visit to this city with the oldest university in the world. This hotel is an original riad with a unique patio in the middle of the building. The service is excellent; super friendly staff! We feel like we... More

The owner sat down with us for tea and gave us the rundown of how to best spend our time. He sent us personal emails before we arrived to help us with our travel plans. The staff were really great, spent extra time helping accommodate our large group. Several of our group where staying at another place (had booked earlier)... More

Riad was very easy to find. Every taxi driver seems to know Cinema Amal which is right beside it. Reibal was excellent giving us great advice about Fes and also a day trip to Volubilis and Meknes. We took his advice and had a an amazing day with a private driver ... Expensive but worth it. Breakfast was fantastic each... More

Riad Andalib was the first place we stayed upon our arrival to Morocco. After landing in Casablanca and a train ride to Fez, Reibal, the owner, and his staff were very welcoming with tea and biscuits. The Riad was decorated in traditional Moroccan style with mosaic walls, beautiful carved doors, decorated ceilings and fountain. Since we arrived late, my daughter... More

Just walk out the front door and into the old part of the city. Owner is very friendly and gives great advice (and a map). He gave us great directions to get off on the right food in a crazy city. Restaurant on the roof is really nice and peaceful, though on the more expensive side. Their wine from Volubilus... More

Located near R'cif, one of the fourteen gates to the Medina and cinema AMAL this couldn't be easier to find and taxi from the airport (or train) can drive you right to the front door. Unassuming in it's outside appearance, the interior is bright and very comfortable; a small number of rooms which translates to fewer guests and more attention... More
