Thanks to Asame and Samie for making our stay at Dar Fes Medina so enjoyable. The location is great, accommodation really beautiful, and us four kiwi travellers really enjoyed our Fez experience. Overall excellence.

Found at the edge of the medina, this hotel is stunning. The decor will take your breath away & the welcome from all the staff, notably Mohammed the owner & Asame at the desk is nothing short of wonderful. From the welcoming tea & super yummy biscuits, the food & the friendliness makes this hotel really difficult to beat. The... More

Arrived at Dar Fes Medina at around 9.00pm after an arranged pick up was sorted out by the Asma at the time of booking. we entered the Medina with a nice warm welcome and was provided with tasty mint tea and biscuits. The owner Mohammed provided us with an introduction to Dar Fes Medina and the city of Fes. After... More

I'd have a pleasure for recommending the riad, i was there a week ago for a business trip, while the service is wonderful, a typical restaurant, and a warm Welcome. I always think to be there once in Fez, Thanks for everything Mohamed and the Staff. Hayley

I chose this place based on the great reviews here on tripadvisor and I have to say, it really isn't as great as the reviews make it out to be. First, the actual dar- it is fine but I didn't think it was overly beautiful or anything. The rooms are small but fine for two people. I believe they may... More

This is the first time we have received such criticism, and we were very surprised by this comment Our priority is listening to our customers to ensure a pleasant stay, aggression is not part of our character We never recommend hammam Boujloud, we generally recommend Hammam Ziat most closest to the house or Faraj palace. That is why we are... More

A really pleasant place to stay to explore Fes. Easy to find with your own car close to the Bab Ziat. The moment you enter in the house you feel welcome and at home. Esma welcomed us with minttea and delicious homemade cookies. She advised us the best way to walk safely to the medina and learned us about the... More

From the moment my daughter and I arrived to Dar Fes Medina we felt so welcomed. Before being taken to our room, we were seated in the beautiful reception area and introduced to Mohammed and the house girl. Mohammed, the owner, and the house girl sat down and talked to us about Fes and Morocco and themselves while we drank... More

The moment our family stepped through the ancient carved door of Dar Fes Medina, we knew we had found our "home away from home". Mohammed and his friendly staff greeted us at the door and made us feel welcome. We also had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Haz, the owner's father who was responsible for acquiring all the unique and... More

Dar Fes Medina was a wonderful place to stay! It is in a quieter, more residential area of Fes, but only a 10-15 minute walk to Bab Boujloud and the hustle & bustle of the old Medina. We stayed for three nights in July -- because we accidentally booked our Morocco trip for the beginning of Ramadan, we ended up... More

I travelled with 2 friends (3 women) and this place was perfect for us. The place is beautiful, comfortable and gave as free drinks and cookies. They helped us to know safely the city and permitted us to stay more time to wait our train. I really recommend this place.
