The Riad is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous throughout. Beautifully appointed details, including the fountain the pool and ceilings really make the Riad a memorable place. The rooms are large and quite comfortable. The wifi is fast and worked consistently. The Riad is located on the edge of the medina, in an area that was easier to located and close enough to... More

Beautiful romantic and artisticly decorated Riad. Congratulation to the interior design. Peaceful Oasis in the middle of the Medina. The Owner is a very good caretaker and has a story to tell about the renovation from the scratch till to the final Product.

This riad had everything. The architecture was sublime. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor and large. We had dinner here on two nights. This was served around the swimming pool and was the best Moroccan food we had on our whole journey. Although the riad had no alcohol they were able to... More

Me and my wife had a great time at Riad Salam fes. They helped us get to the hotel and stayed for a week. Everything was cleaned and ready. I give 5 stars to this Riad for the following reasons: The Riad workers were polite and willing to help. The minute you step in the Riad, you notice the magnificent... More

I had a great time at Riad Salam fes. The staff were helpful, the riad was gorgeous, and it was calm. I dont agree with some negative comments on here. The food they served was great. They have a great roof top restaurant that overlooks the whole Medina. Also, the staff were very helpful and nice. They took care of... More

We were recommended Riad Salam Fes when we asked for a good non-tourist restaurant with typical Moroccan food. It turned out that Salam Fes is not a restaurant, but a hotel. In the hotel, there were only tourists. We received no menu, but three sets of dishes (vegetables, an un-identifiable meat course, grapes (dessert)). The meal was relatively simple and... More

We have now been back on a number of occasions and are delighted with Riad Salam Fes. If you call ahead their staff are there to meet you as you arrive in the car park, the team are attentive, supportive and diligent. If there has ever been a problem they are quick to act and rectify the situation. They take... More

Staffing is a problem. We were told a price for dinner and confirmed with them twice that it was a set price for two. Next day when we went to pay the bill they claimed it was only for one plus added a 15% service charge. The waiter put on a good dum act and suddenly had lost his English... More

Our group stayed here for three nights. Its Moroccos Hotel Marigold,... without the charm or sense of humour. The decor is loverly, but the management is just a joke. The rooms were dirty , and the staff rude and surly. Any problems were ignored and they hoped you would go away. Very unfortunateas it could be amazing! Susan Australia
