It was hot noisy and crowded when we entered this sanctuary of calm. Their own pictures will show you the well equipped film, indoor pool, roof terrace etc, but you have to stay there to benefit from their extra. - the staff who really care for you. The transfer taxi was booked by Loubna for us to have a day... More

I stayed 2 nights in this strategically located riad in old Fes. Someone told me that there are over 9,000 separate little streets and alleyways in the old medina, and it's very easy to get lost. However, my saving grace was that I remembered it was off of a major street entering the old medina area, and I managed to... More

Highly recommend this Riad. Houda, the manager is outstanding. Short walk to the Medina and Souk. Great rooms, beautiful interior. Excellent food! Highly recommend. The outside of Riads never look attractive but once you enter the door it is another world!

Everything from the welcome with pashminas amd the mint tea, the lovely rooms, the beautiful area to eat for breakfast, the terrace where we were able to take dinner as a group...the riad itself was absolutely breathtaking. I could have stared at it all day. And the service - everyone was absolutely amazing. THANK YOU. The only thing was the... More

Our group stayed at Riad Salam Fes for 2 nights during a week long vacation in Morocco. The service was excellent, they arranged reasonably priced tours and transportation in the city and were always responsive to our needs. The riad itself is beautifully maintained and the rooms have a lot of character and are very comfortable. We also ate dinner... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. Our room was memorable with a spacious and unique bathroom. The welcome was good and there was no problem serving a lovely dinner on arrival, even though I am a vegetarian. The service was excellent throughout our stay and the lady of the house could not have been more helpful. We... More

Just got back after spending 3 lovely nights in Fez at the beautiful Riad Salam. If you're looking for somewhere quiet, authentic and charming then this Riad is the place for you. The decor is breathtaking, I can't emphasise enough, I spent many an hour not concentrating on my book but instead taking in the tiles, plaster and wood detailing.... More

Where to I start. The bedroom we had was small and compact but had everything we needed. We had trouble setting up the air conditioning but the staff soon sorted that out for us. It was quite noisy in the room when the hot water pressure jet boiler fired up in the early hours, it was above our room. We... More

Context: stayed here for 2 nights as a package tour. Pros: 1. Beautiful house and public areas. 2. Abudula is the sweetest man working there. He is the bell boy, front desk, waiter, who wears many hats. Genuine, nothing you ask is too much trouble for him. Always there, works like 20 hrs a day. Service with a smile. Cons:... More

Riad Salam Fes was advised to me by Arround Morocco during grand country tour. Riad is very well located in walking distance from medina busy evening time, still the riad place is calm, it has very beutiful fit-out inside in marocain style and nice pool at the yard, rooms, services and food are at high level, wi-fi is good and...
