Sadly we only had one night at Palais Amani. Room and courtyard were amazing and staff was was very friendly. I would highly suggest using their service from the airport to their Riad. If you choose to "wing it" make sure you print out their Riad address in Arabic! Most taxi drivers do not know how to speak or read... More

We stayed here for about 4 days and the Riad is pretty nice, although basic, it does have an authentic feel to it. Its quite large and has some lovely views from the rooftop. The rooms we stayed in were not as spacious, and could have used a few more 'travel friendly' features. Overall it was comfortable, but I wouldn't... More

We stayed at Palais Amani during our 3 night stay in Fes, and the courtyard and terrace were just as beautiful as the photos on the website promised. Additionally, the staff seemed very eager to please, and provided great service. Unfortunately, there were some aspects of the accommodations that were less than stellar: Our room was directly below the staff... More

We don't need to qualify our statement when we say that *every* member of the staff at Palais Amani went above and beyond in making our stay an amazing one. An absolutely incredible experience! Cannot fault any aspect of it!! The staff were wonderful, they were always there to help in any way they could. The palace itself was a stunning oasis in the Medina! There were so many touches (like water bottles provided daily, local sweets, weather forecast, rose petals etc.) that made the stay one of the best... More

We spent three nights in this carefully hidden Riad style hotel. We werre greeted by Yolanda whose charm made us feel at home at once. Our room looked out onto the spacious gardens and fountain. Breakfast was served right outside our room to the music of the bubbling fountain. It was a peaceful way to start each day. The hotel... More

An oasis awaited us as we walked thought the door from the maze of simple narrow streets of the medina. It's amazing just what can exist behind a seemingly small edifice. After carefully wading through the thick Moroccan afternoon dusk, we discovered this absolutely gorgeous hotel. Peaceful and relaxing place, nothing to do with usual hotels. Enjoyed the courtyard with the fountain and the birds. Tiling everywhere on the walls and floors. Very nice breakfast with a moroccan specialty every day.

Like everyone else, we had in idea what to expect as we wandered up what appeared to be a dirty alley in Fes. Come to find out, the lap of luxury was just behind a door and a huge wall. And that is the beauty of Fes in general. Nothing is what it seems from the outset. This riad is... More
