We were recommended to stay at this hostel by some of the friends we met at Rouge in Marrakesh. They had stayed there before their desert tour and had a blast so we did a quick last min booking and did not regret the decision. Noor was a complete angel, he partied with us and yet was up in the... More

We were 10 students from Semester at Sea and we had a wicked time in the Riad Verus. instructions were emailed to us on how to find the Riad and the youtube link was good too. We were allocated 3 beautiful rooms and it was ok sharing beds, but most rooms have a capacity for 4 and the rooms wer... More

The best thing about the hostel is the other backpackers you'll meet. This could have been a good hostel but the building needs work. The lobby area is beautifully decorated. However, the rooms and bathrooms need improvements. Leaks were an issue and the room I stayed in had blood colored stains on the floor and what appeared to be old... More

From start to end the staff at the Riad were on top form, ok we didnt get the room we wanted because we got an upgrade. It is popular so I would advise emailing the riad to let them know what time you are going to be arriving, another group arrived at 8pm to be told that they would be... More

If there is one thing you hear about in Fes before arriving its the VIP room at the Riad Verus. We had read about it on the internet and thought it was going to be horrific but in fact its frigging Kool. We were booked into a twin ensuite but there were some plumbing issues so they had to move... More

I will start by saying that my time in Fes and in this hostel was overall a good one. But there were some quirks for sure. Namely, ,the strange sex room in the attic with white padded walls and mirrors on the ceiling. One couple e were traveling with was actually locked in that room over night and had to... More

Lovely hostel with a great location as its located within the medina but in an easy to access road with a drop off pioint for taxis by the corner shop. Breakfast was one of our highlights and rooms are very clean, very helpful staff available to help organize trips down to the Merzouga desert and then onto Marrakesh, they have... More

To believe we paid 50 euros for a double ensuite in peak season in a stunning traditional fes riad is unbelievable but it was true, we got a last minute deal by emailing directly to the hotel, not only was it the last room but we got a free dinner too by booking direct. The room gave onto the patio... More

Very helpful staff. Beautiful and comfortable outdoor areas including roof and patio. Room spacious. Great nights sleep, the sheets were clean and fresh and although we did not use the bed comforters there were some in the room, also the pillows were medium hardness and not old. They also offer a laundry service and have a communal kitchen. Great place... More
