The rooms smell of mold is closed, the whole local dirt with a few rooms with a private bathroom. This pension has spacious rooms and nice views from the roof terrace but everything is said with this. The staff does not speak English, only when it comes to money ('you have to pay') and is terribly unfriendly. We were so stupid to agree with paying on the first day. There is no hot water and the water pressure is... More

A group of 7 of us stayed here for one night. The 4 bed room was really a 3 bed room with an uncomfortable sofa as a 4th bed. There was no water in the morning which was really inconvenient and the drain was blocked. We told the manager that we were unhappy and he was very rude and did... More

We stayed here for two terrible nights. Upon arrival, they gave us a price of 250 dh a night for a room on the terras. Arriving in the room, we noticed that there was no hot water in the room. When we asked for a room with hot water, they wanted to charge us 300 dh. The blankets were dirty... More

Well, it's not the ritz! My husband and I were there for two nights and stayed in the rooftop room, which was spacious and comfy enough. It had a private toilet, but we had to use a shared bathroom for the shower, which was just a slow stream pretty much and on a lower level. I did get an eye... More

This hotel was dirty, the shower head didn't work, there was no heating except a gas heater that the receptionnist removed from our room 20 minutes after giving it to us, saying it was warm enough like that (which it wasn't!). They are affiliated with and work with a travel agent who is a liar and a thief. The lying... More

A great city...except for the touts. Really friendly location. Nice breakfast on rooftop. We traveled during Ramadan....our mistake...very noisy.. Not the cleanest place to stay and the washroom was rather pathetic. Average..not really recommended or not...

I traveled to Fes with two of my housemates when we were studying abroad in Paris in our junior year of college. As students, we were most interested in price over comfort, although as 3 girls, safety also ranked high as a concern. The Pension is quite cheap (especially when one room is split by 3), and less than 5... More

The hotel was very well located: in a quiet area next to the Medina. This way, it was very easy to go visiting the old town. The terrace on the roof was very pleasant,, with an amazing view of the city. The man who book our reservation gave us tips to visit the city, which were very useful. The breakfast... More

It was January in Fès, so very cold, and we had no heat and no hot water. We booked 2 triple room but we got a dormitory. The owner is not friendly whatsoever and the hotel has nothing to offer. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
