This wonderful riad is literally a hole in a wall right in the heart of the old medina. As we walked through the old medina, following our porter, we thought we were walking back in time through the medieval ages. And then, we walked into an alley and entered this hole. Then, the beauty and grandeur of the riad hit... More

This Riad is like a lost work of art. It is tucked away in the heart of the medina – actually it is closer to Bab Bou Jeloud (the blue gate) – but once inside it is totally isolated from the bustle of Talaa Kebria (the main street). The common area is adorned with old world Moroccan craftsmanship and the... More

We loved it here. It's beautiful, it's a great location, the people are marvelously accommodating and the root-top terrace is a wonderful place to take in the view and have mint tea. You simply couldn't do better.

I've stayed in many Riads, in the medina of different Moroccan cities and if there's one thing positive about this place, it's its location, If staying in the medina is what you want, the hotel is located less than 5 minute walk from the "blue door"(entry to the medina) as well as the taxi stands. This is very useful so... More

We stayed 3 nights in this riad. Perfect location, friendly stuff, good rooms, beautiful rooftop and nice breakfast It was clean, but not as clean as se knew it from other places in marocco. An other thing: we originally booked an other riad (al akhawaine) and when we arrived the manager told us, that this two riads belong to the... More

We stayed 3 nights at Riad Hala. It is close to the Blue Gate and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. It is very close to the Bou Inania Medersa and the Water Clock. The room is spacious with a sofa set. The bathroom has a bathtub, this prevents the bathroom from getting wet after a shower.... More
