It was the first hotel I lived in after arriving in Morocco, a normal, clean, traditional place. although the rooms were a little bit tiny. The hotel offers a very good breakfast and its location is in the center part of the city. So you can see many restaurants, different shops on the street.

Certainly my worst hotel experience I had in quite a while (potentially ever). The reception smelled of fried fish, the room condition was horrible (old wall-to-wall red carpet, wall paper peeling off, overall poor condition), and to make matters worse, other guests just unlocked the door and walked in the room while I was in. The reception called me to... More

The hotel is a little old fashioned and dowdy, but well located. We had the dinner and breakfast buffet room almost all to ourselves and it was pretty good with enthusiastic staff. Had a laugh at dinner as the musak consisted of one song (Sorry seems to be the hardest word ) on a loop. After it had repeated 6... More

We arrived at midnight and were first given a small dingy room at the side of the building, very small and enclosed next to the cleaners mess. We asked to change as this is not as per the website pictures and we booked at superior room. They changed our room but not much better and definately not like the pictures.... More

We spent just one night in this hotel. It's well located. Next to boulevard Mohammed V with shops and restaurants in neighborhood. We have found a fixed priced handcraft shop at the Place des Nations Unies. The dinner was good in this restaurant.

We stayed for one night, arriving late. The front desk was courteous and professional. The restaurant prepared a vegetarian meal with no hassles. The food was very good.the rooms are standard, but clean, the tubs are tall and a challenge to get into . The corridor lights are motion detector but not all of them so you need to know... More

We had 2 nights here in October 2013. The first in a suite, the second (at the end of our tour) in a standard room. The suite was tired, needing a renovation, and had a very difficult shower. The standard room on the other hand was comfortable, modern and clean. It was much better. The wifi access was patchy, but... More

One night we had someone knocking at our room's door loudly. We call the reception to help us because we were scare considering the entire country of Morocco is not safe and we already had bad experiences in the streets. The receptionist didnt speak English only French and instead of helping us he hanged up the phone. At the end... More

Based on previous reviews i wasnt sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The foyer was impressive, the room and bathroom were clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, there was a large variety of food available for dinner and breakfast and plenty of room in the dining area. Sure it is a "dry" hotel but so are many... More
