We liked the hotel a lot.. It is beautiful and elegant. The rooms are amazing, the service very good and the neighborhood is Moroccan in a friendly relaxed way. We arrived late and then it is nice to have a fine cuisine in the hotel. We will recommand it for sure.

Classy touches throughout, from the dining room (including the dinnerware) to the suite itself, with the most luxurious bathrobe I have ever had in a hotel. Pleasant, helpful staff. Very good location near the King's Palace and the artisan market. Interesting and stunning decor. I would recommend the provision of a visitor's pack in each room to satisfy those guests... More

I am perplexed by some of the reviews of this hotel. Yes, my taxi driver also had to make a phone call to find the place - but why is that a problem? Those complaining about that must wish to lead utterly dull lives. I have found the welcome very warm and friendly and the owners and staff completely hospitable... More

We stayed at this place after booking through a website that tells you the exact name of your hotel after booking. It was advertised as a 5-star hotel. I would disagree with this. Further, we found out that while the hotel uses numerous agencies to book, they have their best price if you book directly with them. Our room was... More

Just wanted to say how delicious this restaurant was. We visited with a friend visiting us in Casablanca...the service was more than perfect, the waiter very unassuming and the menu gave you all the Moroccan dishes you could wish to try. We ordered the traditional starters of salads - more than enough by itself, but we'd also ordered a meat... More

I wanted a relatively low priced riad (B&B) with high quality Moroccan decor and feeling for my first teo nights before touring. Riad Jnsne Sherazade was a perfect welcime to Maroc. I was afraid the name Sherazade meant tge hotel woukd be just a Westerner's fantasy but no, it is a lovely Moroccsn hotel with French touches. My breakfast was... More

We wanted to stay a Riad, but this hotel was not the one we expected. I chose because they have hamam in the riad, but it's not functioning.... The cost of one can of beer is 7USD for mini bar in the room. I think the cost performance is not reasonable.

We were three adults (parents and adult daughter). We had arranged with the hotel for a car to collect us from the airport on arrival in Casblanca. They had our flight number and details. The airline changed the schedule to be 3 hours later (11pm), so we emailed the hotel 3 days before arrival to let them know. There was... More

Riad Jnane Sherazade was the last hotel of our trip. Our guide/driver spent an hour trying to find it with multiple calls to the hotel for directions. We had booked two rooms months in advance. Our room ended up on the second floor. The kids roome was outside the hotel and you entered through door on the street - with... More
