Like its sister hotel in Tangier, this hotel did not come up to expected standards in service and cleanliness. The rooms, whilst being of comfortable quality were not up to the expected standards of cleanliness In addition the quality of food was not that of the standard expected for a hotel of this level This hotel could obviously do with... We stayed here on the first night of our tour of Morocco. Our local tour guide recommended that we eat dinner in the hotel because the neighborhood was not safe, so we ate at the Moroccan Restaurant in the hotel. The vegetable and chicken tangines were delicious. (If a dinner buffet is included in your stay, I would highly recommend... More

Well staffed, very accommodating, luxurious and most comfortable. This hotel was pleasure to use and enjoy. Rooms were traditional but up to date. Very central to Casablanca with restaurants nearby and shops available

This was our hotel in Casablanca. It was clean and nothing was an issue here. The bathroom was fresh. They have porters and door men at the entrance for security which is nice. Our stay was uneventful.

So far from 5 star, it's even disappointing. Honestly, I don't even know what to start with. The wi-fi which is said to be free can hardly work in the lobby, forget about the rooms. The service needs big improvement. I needed an adapter for the Moroccan standard socket, normally 5 star hotels would provide it for free. What happened... More

We stayed here at the start and end of our tour. Very rude staff. Changed rooms several times to get what we booked...rooms not very clean. Carpets had cigarette burns. Ask for a no smoking room and more than likely you will get one that smells of smoke anyway. The staff just don't care. Breakfast very average. NO fridge in... More

Stayed in for front and back end of 8 day tour. Very clean and straightforward hotel. Buffet good not great. Others in our tour complained about accommodations and staff - candidly we had no problems. If you view as more of an "airport hotel" (far from the airport mind you) you should have your expectations set correctly. Would not make... More

This hotel was part of a Trafalgar tour that was part of that included both in the beginning and end of the trip. The hotel is close to the port, old medina and public transit. Several issues here - there was no water in our rooms and from talking with the other tour members who were in the hotel prior... More

I just returned from a tour of Morocco. Our first hotel was the Golden Tulip - it is a very attractive bldg. but the niceness stops there. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. The food at breakfast and dinner was terrible - cold scrambled eggs, watery orange juice, no cups or glasses on the buffet, greasy food. To make... More

Location is quite OK, close to the sea, Marina, not far from Mosquée Hassan II. Entry hall might give an impression of 5 stars, but reception and service will put you quickly to the reality. I'm not extra demanding but I didn't hear greeting once during 4 days..... Rooms are very basic and little outworn..... Cleanines on just just acceptable... More
