Stayed here two nights and was really disappointed. You walk in and it looks nice and fancy with its marble floors and restaurants, but service here was awful. Take my advice and stay at Hotel Les Saisons or the Best Western down the street for a more affordable price and much better service/wifi. First, my wife and I were given... More

We stayed at the Golden Tulip Farah for two nights (1st and last) as part of our Trafalgar Moroccan tour. The location seemed good but parking might be a problem if you had a rental, although, it might have had underground parking. We had a quick and efficient check-in but after that the front desk and concierge were of little... More

Ive been to this hotel twice on work and experience the worst service in all the hotels in the 40 countries ive visited. No complains with regards to the room but let me list few points, 1) The gym and pool is dead - You will not find a single soul there 2) Room service - When I called them... More

Just a hotel just to sleep and go back.small but useful things necessary items are missing. Usually I drink only warm water but I stayed here twice and both rooms didn't have a water boiler or coffee maker. Charging plugs are different then mine so better to carry different plugs . Staff doesn't provide basic chargers so I had a... More

We travel a lot and have stayed in many different kinds of hotels, from five star resorts to humble guest houses. But the Golden Tulip Farah in Casablanca has to rank one of the worst we've ever stayed in--even though it is ranked (by who knows what?!) as a five-star hotel. The reason: abysmal service from beginning to end. We... More

We stayed in this hotel the first and last nights of our Morocco tour. The hotel was fairly up-market with excellent amenities. The rooms were large and comfortable, as were the beds. The service was also good. Only one small blemish - one of the bathroom lights was out, and although we notified house-keeping, nothing was done about it. The... More

The room was clean and well manteined. 13th floor was not so noisy but I could imagine that lower floors could be more. Wifi a bit slow in the room. Good the french brasserie at the ground floor. Optimum breackfast.

I was invited to attend a meeting from 18-21 of October 2015. The room was 323 and it was clean and decent. No minibar in the room. The room service was okay. The swimming pool was not heated so no point of swimming! Staff was welcoming and the meeting room was reasonable. Breakfast was ok. Lunch was below expectations. Internet... More

The hotel itself has comfortable spacious rooms and were very clean however the checkin staff wernt overly helpful of friendly and the big negative for me was the wifi didn't work in the room you had to go out into the corridors and when we asked about this were shrugged off.
