Advertised as a 5 star hotel - but no where near it compared to say Dubai 5*. First room was ok but a bit tired - our friends AC didn't work and it seemed beyond the ability of the hotel to get it working - result window open and no sleep cos of street noise. Mini-bar is empty(pretty much the... More

We stayed at the Golden Tulip, Casablanca at the start and end of an organised tour of Morocco. While comfortable, there were several things about the hotel which need improvement. The room and bed are quite large, and sleep was easy and comfortable. Room was clean and in good order when we checked in. However, there were no tea/coffee facilities... More

A nightmare ! They are really unable to do this job. It has been not the first time here but, even after my complaints, my client insisted to send me there. 1 - They, as every time, forgot to send me the chauffeur at the airport. 2 - Once at the hotel with another public taxi, the receptionist, without even... I stayed here for a conference. I arrived late and asked for an iron so I could prepare for the next day- nothing was forthcoming after 3 calls. Also no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The glazing needs to be triple glazed as I could hear the traffic all night, not that I could look out of the window as... More

This hotel has a nice entrance and well kept up public spaces, but rooms are sadly lacking in updating and repairs. Our first room, used at the beginning of a tour was of average size, with a non-functional mini-frig, mold around the bath tub and a swinging glass panel screen that did not prevent water from spilling all over the... It’s relative central location is perhaps the only redeeming feature of this hotel. It’s big by Casablanca standards but that is also one of its many banes. Golden Tulip Farah is in a miserable state of disrepair. We were three families staying for two nights (April 6 and 7) in rooms 904, 906 and 908. While the mini fridge in... More

We got to the hotel 21 persons ,late, due to flight delay, in spite of that, it has been an efficient check in. The hotel has been anounced, by the group mannager, about our delay, in order to keep open tbe dining room for us.We got a half bord reservation, that included diner, but some one forgot to transfer that... It was the most annoying stay at this Hotel. I did not have the hot water kettle in my room which is a basic amenity which every international brand has to offer, so i had to call them 3 times and give them reminders every 1 hr. I was lucky to get the kettle after 3 hours. The hotel staff... More

I am not sure I could recommend this hotel. It is not horrible, but it is really worn down, dirty, in bad repair and the hotel service has a hard time meeting all the demands of the guests. You have to work hard to get an extra pillow, have the sink unplugged or even fix the lights when they short... More

The hotel is ok . Its located in the city center . the room was good and clean. The bad part was that the windows aren't sound proof . Looks like you are sitting outside in the middle of the cars . The A/c just work in the cold mode. In the winter was cold inside the room. The rest... More
